GameSir X2 Bluetooth Mobile Gaming Controller

IDK how to explain it, really. But… It was a second order after I’ve returned it back. First time I’ve ordered this product and they told me, you can give it back. But I’ve said “Okay, but I want to have it” They said, you can buy another one. I said “Sure! But can you check it please before you send it?” The answer was “Of course we will check it!” I’ve made a second order, and again I’ve got a broken device, and nobody checked it. But why do you promise then that you’ll do that, and don’t do it? I know that you’re going to say oh we are so sorry, can you help us make it better! But I’ve already asked you to check it, you agreed with my words by haven’t got it seriously. I feel really disappointed.

The controller does not work due to Batter issues

I tried 3 different controllers and they all had similar issues - after I charge it for more than 8 hours, I would connect it to my phone and it would only last 60 seconds before I had to plug it in. Avoid this product - it was a total waste of my time. I ended up getting a different controller (for less money) and it works wonderful.
