This drug, I bought for elderly parents . Kurkuma is known for its anti-inflammatory properties, but it is poorly absorbed without black pepper. In this drug, just the correct ratio of turmeric and black pepper, plus to this, the drug is enriched with an impenetrable root extract. Excellent combination! Parents take this drug along with other drugs to relieve joint pain. Although the tablets are rather big, they swallow without difficulty. One package is enough for 4 months of reception! Great drug!

I like that this supplement is organic and has clean ingredients. However turmeric contains around 2% oxalate. At high doses, this may contribute to kidney stones in predisposed individuals. Also, we cannot digest oxalates so it can contribute to gut issues. I've heard that this is not the case with curcumin, so maybe it would be worth looking into purchasing a curcumin supplement instead...
I bought it for anti inflammatory benefits. The taste is good but be ready for the pepper kick if held it in the mouth for too long before swallowing. For your information, in order for the turmeric to be absorbed you need to take it with pepper. The tablets are on the bigger side but ok to swallow. I like that you only need to take one a day and the supply will last you 4 months. The package is glass which is a plus.Give me a like if you find the review helpful 😊

I've lower stomach discomfort, and sometimes pain, from uterine fibroids. Usually I take green tea 3 cups a day to relief the pain (somehow this for me) but lately I'm too busy and could barely manage to drink 1 cup a day and that wasnt enough to ease the painful discomfort. This checked all the boxes I had. My "day to day" ouchies seem to be relieved. I take one of these with lunch and have relief. I won't be without this. I have taken 4 tablets already in hopes of relieving wrist pain but I haven't seen much effect. The tablets are too large to swallow down easily. Every time I took it, I feel like it's choking me. Even after I managed to force the tablet down with water, it causes me discomfort in the throat and stomach. I would not recommend this for people who have difficulty swallowing medications. On a positive note, this smells genuinely like turmeric. I think the ingredients are quite good. Wish it could come in capsule form which would be easier to swallow and digest.
