Excellent hose gun, a good fit on the hose, easy to use. The best feature is it can be locked rather than having to always hold button down. I can easily water plant pots turning on and off the water rather than water all over the patio.

Excellent hose gun, a good fit on the hose, easy to use. The best feature is it can be locked rather than having to always hold button down. I can easily water plant pots turning on and off the water rather than water all over the patio.

Unfortunately we have exceptional water pressure at out place and the gardena hose ends keep blowing off. I will buy a new hose end and see if that helps but it may be that the cheap hose that I bought from Mitre10 is the problem so perhaps I will try for a better hose or perhaps fit the hose end then drill a hole through it and put a split pin through it. The trigger nozzle itself is ok but I may have to modify the attachment method. I am sick of getting my boots full when it comes off.
As Gardena hoses had the best reviews on this site, I bought a 15 metre hose and one of these trigger nozzles some months ago. I liked the design and assumed the quality would be the same. Not so. I've only used the unit off and on for the last couple of months or so, but found that about a week ago the thing wouldn't turn off. I've fiddled and fiddled with all the switches and the spray nozzle control to no avail - it simply produces a limited pressure spray and won't stop. I can't seem to pull it apart so have to take it back (nearest store is 38 kms away) tomorrow. Did I get a dud or are they all like this?

I thought I’d try this attachment even though it seemed very expensive compared to others. I used airpoints so I thought what the heck. It’s so disappointing compared to cheaper alternatives. Constantly pops off the hose (I’ve tried 3 different connectors), and the flow rate is poor and uneven. I just thought that it would out perform cheaper versions based on price. Generally I find Gardena good but I’d give this over priced option a miss.

I'm not happy with this product. It doesn't have an even spray and the trigger is not smooth to use. It feels awkward and uncomfortable compared to all the other trigger hose nozzles I've had over many years.
What can you say about something designed to squirt water?It works.Connect the pipe, turn on the tap, pull the trigger and soak whatever is in front of you. (Apologies to the neighbours...)
