The Garmin Fenix 6S Pro has about every function one needs to keep a track of fitness and wellbeing. It would suit both serious athletes and those simply wanting to make a start on their fitness journey. The watch looks great, although those with slimmer wrists may find it a little heavy on account of the stainless steel bezel and back plate. Surprisingly, the white silicon watch band doesn't tend to show dirt marks. Pairing the watch with the Garmin Connect App on my Apple Iphone was easy. The only reason I haven't given this watch 5 stars is because I found the instructions manual a little hard to follow / lacking in detail. For example, I had to find a YouTube video to work out how to download music to the watch. Thanks to HRM USA, and their upgrade program, I have been lucky enough to have owned ALL top-end Fenix models starting with the Fenix 5. So, I have owned a Fenix 5, 5 Plus, 6 Pro & now the Solar. I also had a MARQ for a few months (but preferred the 6 Pro over it!). Functionally, other than SOLAR, this is identical to the 6 Pro. But, you can tell & feel a difference. Yes, fractionally larger & it has more PRESENCE. (Yes, the Solar glass smudges more than the sapphire. SMILE.) The difference is that this feels like a Mack truck. Reliable as heck. No hesitations. It inspires confidence. I live in cold, arctic New Hampshire. Though this has been a record-breaking Summer in terms of heat, sunshine & drought, the Solar has not really WOWED I. From what I can see, walking 2-hours in BRIGHT sunlight I might get about the same numbers of hours added to battery life. NOT DAYS. At best, hours. Please keep that in mind. IF you spend more hours, in good light, it might be better. I love the watch. I ended up getting the black Titanium -- but returned the metal strap to HRM USA. I use the silicone strap, plus have plenty of others in all colors, including some real nice leather straps. Get this, if like I, you like having the top-end Fenix. SMILE.

Great all round smart watch. I brought it specifically for tracking my exercise as well as my sleep but it does so much more. I like that it’s not touch screen as I found my previous touch screen was easily bumped during exercise. I found the Garmin pay easy to use and a godsend when I went to the shops without my wallet. The selection of widgets are great and I was able to edit them to specific ones that suited me. I watched a few Utube videos to set up my music and change my watch face and they were easy to understand and informative. Definitely recommend this watch I’m very happy with it.

Great Watch but Features Can Consumer the Batter Fast
8 August 2023

Love the body battery, Walker and music features of the femix6 pro. For me the extra money for the 7 was not worth it. Be aware that when running the music, an external heart monitor strap and a power meter on my bike the watch event through 3 days or about 21% of its power - now I make sure its fully charged before doing long events when Im using all those features at once. But I still love the watch and am glad I bought it at this price- best online anywhere.

Just changed over from a fitbit to a Garmin, The Garmin defiantly has more features and the App works well. The Garmin pro doesn't have the sapphire glass and i already have a scratch on the glass so i would defiantly recommend the saphhire version.Watch fits well and is comfortable to wear all day long, without any skin irritation.I have found the heart rate to be more accurate when wearing very snuglyBattery life is horrible if using all the features, but turning off some does increase the battery lifeThe customizable faces are great but the colors aren't as bright as I expected (a bit pixelated)

How do they fit so many cool things in a watch
21 April 2023

The Garmin Fenix 6 pro Solar has a lot good features long battery life, easy to read in the sunlight, change watch faces to your liking. Track just about any activity you want. Notifications from my IPhone come through and are easy to read. The one thing I dislike the most is you cannot read the screen indoors very well. You have to push the light button so it takes both hands. I tried different settings, colors didnt help much. A little on the heavier side for a watch but, its packed with a ton of features.

Love this watch!!

I love this watch so much! I'm actually not a runner and I thought that for my type of activity this watch was going to be too much for me but I am so happy I got it. My partner runs and got the male version and convinced me to get the female version for me and I am so glad I did.I particularly love the sleep tracking. I had a Fitbit type of watch and it was super inaccurate at times and the Fenix is so much better.I use the watch to track my steps and pretty much all the activities I do. I love the running and hiking tracking. I actually started running right after I got it because I thought well if I have this technology I might as well use it lol.It makes it so easy to track progress and I find it motivating to see all the data of my progress. The only thing I ... MoreI love this watch so much! But everything else is great.

Seen this in the ad on here... *This unit shows signs of moderate use, including light scratches on the screen, small chips around the bezel, and light scuffs on the underside of the casing. * When I received it... I don't see any scratches on the screen... no scuffs on the bottom... a few very small chips in the bezel. It looks a lot better than I thought it would look. The watch looks very nice.

The Garmin Fenix 6 Pro Solar at 47mm is a perfect size for my smaller wrist (6.5 ") but has all the info of the larger model and more battery life than the 6s. Easy enough to see all the details and light on the wrist. I am a 72 year old Great Grandmother and I am wearing this watch day and night to keep track of my health stats, steps and to help me keep active. Also to keep me alert to where I am out in the world with the navagation features. This watch has so many features that I know I won't use them all, but my granddaughter might if it goes to her in the future! Or I might just buy her one if she likes mine!
