Garnier Fructis Hair Food Smoothing Macadamia 390ml

of all the hair food types this is my least favorite. I find it doesn't smell as nice as the other ones and it's not as moisturizing. I will use it in a pinch but I would only get it if the other kinds are out of stock. Good value though - which is hard to find for such a multi use product

I got a pretty nice size sample of this in a magazine lol 😂 but I was pretty happy but my hair is very very long so I was hoping it would be enough for my long fine hair ......but I got a lot of it for it being fine so basically it’s also very thick so I have a hard time finding a conditioner that works for my hair it’s either weighs my hair down or it doesn’t condition my hair enough so it’s a tangled mess!!!!! I have also tried all four varieties of the hair food and while I do love them but one this is probably my least favorite of them. It’s probably one of the heaviest ones, along with the banana. It may be due to the macadamia oil high up on the ingredients list. My hair is generally up in a tight bun all day, and I am well overdue for the hair dresser. The versatility of this product allows me to use it in whatever context (comb through, leave in conditioner or Traditional conditioner). If I leave it in it doesn't leave my hair feeling like it has gel in it, and my ends are absolutely loving some TLC from this product. I am also quite sensitive at times to products but have had no reaction at all to this. The price is reasonable and it is so accessible at my local shop's. Love it and will definitely be trying out variations of this. Maybe a lid that's easier to replace with one hand in the shower is the only improvement I would make.

Love this product, been using it for a little while now and it has no cons. It smells great if you are into that smell offcourse. I use it once a week and let it sit for about 5 minutes before rinsing. My hair is super soft and my wavy hair also look really good without having to do anything. I just let my hair airdry and i think it looks awesome. Definitly recommend.

I love this product so much! I think it is incredible how much moisture it gives to my hair! especially for a drugstore product! I am not especially looking for "low Budget" products, but if you get a great result then..why not? What do Ou think about this Mask? HIGHLY RECOMMEND this product! I desperately needed some extra hair care as I dye my hair quite alot. I have thick, wavy, crazy hair but b'c of the condition of it (from the dye) I couldn't wear it out unless I straightened it. But after just ONE use and leaving it in for 24hrs then rinsing it out I can tell it's a keeper! It's softened my hair alot and has obvious restorative values, I can only imagine how my hair will continue to improve over the coming weeks as I use it once a week. So don't hesitate! 390ml is ALOT compared to the price and quantity of other hair masks, so you're getting good quality for good value.

Conditions and tames unruly hair

This product is great for my dry hair. At $12.00 it’s great value and a tub willl last me at least six months, I only need to use this once a week. It smells divine and is really easy to use in the shower, I just scoop it out and slather it on, leave for about ten minutes and rinse thoroughly. This is an intense conditioning treatment that leaves my hair super soft and shiny. I have very thick hair that is hard to tame and can get dry, it’s really hard to get it smooth and sleek. This garnier hair food smoothing macadamia for dry and unruly hair hydrates and helps with styling my hair, it leaves a nice shine and my hair feels really soft after styling. I love that it contains no silicons and parabens to weigh my hair down, it’s a great product that I would recommend

Smells great, mostly natural ingredients

Easy to use with wide top. Noticeable difference on my curls retaining more moisture with the product. Just wish they used recycled plastic or a more sustainable alternative (refills).

Smoothing Macadamia Hair Food

After really enjoying the Nourishing Banana Hair Food i wanted to try more of the range. With a beautifully and bursting sweet scent the hair food is a light mushroom colour, I love the medium to thick consistency of the Smoothing Macadamia Hair Food.While in the shower to use this as a conditioner/hair mask after shampooing I apply around the size of a 20c piece to my mid length and ends and leave this in while I’m washing my face and body etc. After rinsing this out my hair felt really nourished, smooth and soft. It makes my hair very easy to style and run my brush through my hair. Super definition on curly hair as a leave in! Worth it!

The tub is huge! I use it as a leave in conditioner post wash on my mid back length 3B curls hair and I leave it to air dry overnight. It gives me great definition for upto 7 days! I also bought the shampoo from the same variant along with it. I am really happy that Nykaa brought the foreign version of Garnier to Indian folks cuz it’s just the bomb! I cannot wait to try the Banana & other variants next!
