I was a Garnier fan for years until you changed the formula. I actually use #20, Soft Black, but didn't see it listed. With this formula being so thick, it globs up in the bottle and is very difficult to squeeze out. I have to use both hands, which lends itself to quite a mess because I never know if it will squirt out of the bottle. By using both hands, I lose control of its placement, especially in the back of my head. In addition, it takes longer to process and fades very quickly (within about 3 weeks). What a disappointment. I'm not sure who gave approval for this product. Have they even used it? I'll be looking elsewhere for my hair color.

I've used nutrisse products for a couple of times already. My hair was medium brown and I wanted to bring it back to its natural black color. So Ive bought this nutrisse blackest black. Unfortunately, it didnt covered my medium brown hair. There are still a lot of brown strands, when in fact it should fully cover whatever color it is, because its black, but it didnt. I would still recommend it though. I will be recoloring my hair with the same product, or maybe the olia. However I jist felt bad since I need to recolor my hair again, and I need to do it just 1 week after though I know it would damage my hair. But I need to, since my prom would be on 13th. And I really want my hair very black.

My hair was certainly black after using this product. Which made it very easy to see how much of it was breaking off and coming out by the root bulb. This caused so much damage to my hair. I'm very disappointed in this product. I've used other Garnier colors before but blackest black wrecked my hair.

OK. So, I'm a hair fanatic and I have done many many colors and have had both good and bad experiences with certain hair company's hair dyes and only ever once got it done at a salon. I decided to dye my hair and I was ehh about going into the process because I've never liked doing my hair because the fumes are so strong that it gives me a headache and watery eyes. BUT!!! This dye saVED ME. It both killed me and then resurrected me. #SHOOK (I apologize im 17 aha) ANYWAYS!! It smelled hecka good when i was dying my hair and It didn't give me a headache or stink up my bathroom. I, of course, got dye on my fair and shoulders, etc. I cursed the gods for that because I have to literally scrub my skin till it turns red as heck to get off hair dye but this dye came off ... I don't like the new formula, I preferred the older version, I won't buy this product again, the formula is too thick and it turns green when rinsing, I don't know why. After dyeing, it is not as black as I expected
My hair which was dry and had split ends feels soft and shiny after using this product. The colour is gorgeous. I'm waiting to see if the colour lasts longer than previous ones I've used.
My hair looks beautiful, shiny and healthy. If you use this product as the instructions say you’ll get the look. I used 2 boxes cause my hair is thin but a little long. Don’t have any product on your hair before coloring it if you want your hair to get the color right. I always use Garnier 💜
I used to buy this exact color before they switched to the vegan formula and it never let me down. Now anytime I use this color (11 blackest black), no matter how long I let it sit, it turns my hair red. I shouldn’t have to use TWO boxes just to make my roots black. This new formula is absolutely atrocious and I will not be purchasing from this brand again.
This is the first time I have dyed my hair. I am a 50 year old Chinese woman and got grayer as years went on. I was tired of seeing the gray amongst the black hair. Went to RiteAid and bought #11 and was thrilled to see a YouTube video showing how to do this. I took my time and after following directions I couldn’t be happier. I didn’t do the allergy test. I have sensitive skin but no problems to speak of. Very happy I did this and will see how long the color lasts. I’ve heard so much about the this line from doing research for about a year.My hair is really beautiful.
