I was stupid and decided to ignore other reviews as I wouldn’t say my skin is sensitive at all. After 2 days my skin had broken out into rashes with what looked like a reaction around my mouth. Skin was painful and tight , barrier ruined and still 2 weeks later trying to fix what this did. No other new products were used and to my knowledge I am not allergic to anything or would class myself as having sensitive skin.PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE read reviews and AVOID

I find a lot of cleaners leave my skin feeling tight, I chose this based on the fact I love their body superfood moisturisers and it hasn’t disappointed. Removed all traces of make up and didn’t leave my face feeling dry. Will definitely repurchase!

Like the other reviews on here I agree. My skin is literally burning after just a few days of use. My skin does feel bumpy and itchy. Couldn't work out what had caused it at first but nothing else in my skin routine, diet or laundry detergent has been new.

I am in my mid 30's with dry/combination skin and I would highly NOT recommend this product.Went to my local Boots to purchase a few items and seen this item on a promotional stand. I liked Garnier's micellar water so I thought I should give this a try, especially at half price. It was £5 wasted. After two uses I have taken an allergic reaction to the product. I know have swollen eyes and my skin has dried out really badly. I do take reactions to products, never mind have swollen eyes. I'm currently using a Cerave moisturiser to help repair my skin but it really hurts when I use this.I will be returning this item to Boots.
I bought this less than a week ago and I wish I had seen these reviews before. absolutely irritated my skin to the max, looks like an allergic reaction but im not allergic to anything. i dont know what they put in it to make my skin so blistery. ive had to visit the gp. skin is red raw and sp sensitive even though i only used it twice. now even washing my face with the most sensitive products hurts so bad. do not buy even if u wouldnt consider ur skin sensitive!!!
I’ve been more invested in skincare tips so I’ve been using this in an evening after an oil cleanser followed with hyaluronic acid serum and then retinol and then moisturiser or in the morning on its own after my workout followed by moisturiser. This is better than some of the others I’ve tried: it really feels as though it’s cleansing my skin without stripping it or leaving a film. I think the other reviews haven’t followed other essential tips which is why they’ve had reaction and I wouldnt use a toner after this as its harsh on the skin. I’m glad I didnt read the reviews and picked it up because it was on offer! Severe allergic reaction, I have never reacted to any product ever, I use the body shops Aloe range but it's a bit pricey so I decided to look for cheaper alternatives, HUGE mistake. Swollen face, eye lids, really dry skin, burning effect, this happened on the second application, it's taken 10 days to get my skin back to somewhat normal, Aloe body shop has saved my bacon here. After seeing another review similar, I should've checked before buying, if I could give a 0 rating I would!
This product is very bad for the skin. It burnt my skin and left it very dry. It's like acid on the face. I will not purchase this product again. It took days for my skin to heal and get better. Please don't buy this product.
DO NOT PURCHASE. This is the worst thing I have put on my skin. I never normally have reactions to new products, and I thought that because this says soothing I wouldn't have any issues, I was very wrong. Immediately after using it my face felt like it was burning and had a red bumpy rash all over, as well as making my skin feel so dry like sand paper. The day after my whole face and eyes were swollen. I don't know what ingredient has been triggering this but don't believe what it says on the label!!
This has burnt my face, made my face swell and cause a rash on my neck. I have had to go to urgent care and get steroids to take swelling down. I only used it once on evening and I’m not usually sensitive to anything. Do NOT buy this if you haven’t used it before. It’s not worth the risk!
