The experience of buying was the best, the delivery was very fast. The cook is amazing we love it.
Great stove, used several times a day during whitebait season.
Looks like a great product
Bought about a year ago, only used a handful of times for camping and one of the burners blocked. Found it very hard to access the burner jet and the only way to fix it would be to pay $$ for a gasfitter to have a look. It's already in the landfill as our friends have the cheaper non deluxe version which looks more serviceable and better quality build. E.g. actual bolted hinges for the lid.
I brought one just before Xmas 2021 and the ignite button don't work got told that they can't replace or refund as I never got a receipt from them wanganui store
The gas didn’t flow through properly, at times flaring up. The sparker stopped working after three or four uses. We binned it after a week of camping.
I brought this a month ago, the rubber feet kept falling off and I eventually lost one of them, the pots/pans don't sit level and after the first week of use, one of the burners stopped working. I am very disappointed with this purchase.
Brought for camping works well and looks tidy. Cheers
