Perfect for all season cooking outdoors. Butane stoves are no good in cooler weather and we need a more compact stove with variable BTU's than a suitcase size 2 burner portable.
Having travelled this great country a few times with a caravan, we have like most regular travelers minimised what we carry. Have carried enclosed gas BBQs, electric hot plates, trucky butane gas burners & a multitued of other cooking methods, all have there good & bad points. We have a new van with a gas bayonet & purchased the Gasmate single wok burner from Caravan RV Camping as they had a great price & free delivery. We cook on this burner with BBQ plate & use pots & pans with great results. The unit is easily adjusted with two burner rings allowing for low to high heat,no need to carry spare gas bottles & being stainless steel finish it cleans up like new. We highly recommend the Gasmate single wok burner.

As a camper of over 40 years, i bought this bbq ,and after 2 years of using it , it it an absolute ripper. You can turn it down very low for slow cook and turn the gas up to full where it boils a kettle super quick. i love how i can place a large pan easily,unlike a normal portable bbq. Its light and tough and fits in the drawer in the back of the 4wd. Great when i fire up the baby webber with roast and potatoes, i put vegies on slow cook on the wok burner. Be sure to tighten hose fitting end on to WOK with spanner, this is a must as i found out on my first use.
