This probiotic works well. I trialled it for a few months, stopped for a month and restarted just to see what would happen. Did notice a difference and improvement in my gastro intestinal health and function. This probiotic is definitely something to give a go if you haven’t already.
Works quite well, gluten free & doesn't upset the tummy. I found it hard to find another brand that had cranberry in it until these. Good value for money =)
