Gaviscon Liquid Dual Action Peppermint 500mL is a product that brings fast, soothing and long lasting relief from the pain and discomfort of heartburn and indigestion. It has a dual-acting formula that is suitable for occasional and moderate heartburn sufferers. The product starts to soothe from just 4 minutes and is available in a peppermint flavour. For children 6-12 years, take 10ml as required after meals and before going to bed, up to 4 times a day. For adults and children over 12 years, take 20ml as required after meals and before going to bed, up to 4 times a day. Shake well before use. If symptoms persist, discontinue use and consult your healthcare professional. The product contains hydroxybenzoates, saccharin and sodium. The maximum total daily intake for adults is 80mL, which contains 1023mg of sodium. Please take this into account if you are on a low sodium diet.
