I bought a pair of trousers on-line for my husband that were advertised as corduroy. I regularly buy corduroy trousers for winter as they are warmer. The trousers that were delivered were clearly not corduroy by any stretch of the imagination. Maybe the Buyers for Myer need some education and more care needs to be taken with the labelling.
Just the right shade. True to size. Good all rounder, dress them up with nice shirt and blazer or down with white t-shirt and kicks!

They do not crush your gut or other tender places. I am built well, muscular, strong, larger legs than most especially calves, I am able to get these up over my calves to expose the muscle to, say, spray magnesium there after a hard workout. Yes, at times I wear these to workout - squats. Chopping wood. Riding a bike. Yard work. Wood work, by hand, straddling a saw horse with a frame saw for 2 hours solid sawing. Tough enough for man's work, nice enough for church. Able to withstand 1600 rpm drying spins and a clothes dryer, although you MUST wash them inside out or the gentle ... MoreI ~always~ buy these. I should also say, I am super flexible and can do the splits in these, and yoga. Which I do, since I am a weightlifter and martial artist. Sizing is consistent over the years, I order online, they come, they fit, they are great. Deep colour takes a few years of wearing a pair about 2-3 times per week to slowly lighten. Pretty much all that pants should be, far more than most men would need. Also Myer were beyond belief fast at processing the last order and delivery, I think it was next morning from a late night order.
These are great mid weight pants warm enough for Perths winter. The fabrics is very subtly textured with just enough stretch and looks nice . Colour is versatile . Overall good quality.
Recently I bought stretch Bedford Cord trousers for my husband. They are a classic fit and a classic colour that you can dress up or wear them casually, the choice is yours. I liked them so much that I have bought two pairs of the same trousers. One for going out and one for every day.

Excellent trousers that are super comfortable and appropriate for a casual office wear or at home. I took one star off for the light colour that doesn't conceal stains as well as the darker colours. All the Gazman pants are good. I prefer to get the stretch bedford cord style. The fabric is not the same as the cords that you remember from your childhood.
