Only just put it together took a while. Not the best instructions on how you are ment to use it
The equipment appeared to have been repacked, possibly returned by a previous purchaser. There were marks on it that indicated that an effort had been made to put it together. The nuts and bolts package had been opened and resealed. The equipment is good

My husband has a bad back and recently was diagnosed with a bulging disc at L7. Our Chiropractor suggested getting an Inverter Table (the Genki) which is used to open up/stretch the spine to relieve the pain. It works like the old traction! He just lays on it, tips upside down for a few minutes and then gently pulls back up. It has definitely helped his pain, so waiting for a few more weeks to see if his back improves more.
