My unit arrived damage. The main circuit breaker had been smashed somewhere along the way likely due to it being in line with the hand hold openings in the otherwise sturdy packaging. The labels on the unit were incorrect showing the choke operation to be opposite to what it should be and stating to add 800mil of oil instead of the actual 600mil required. I suggest you download the on line manual before setting up your machine. Edisons supplied me with a new circuit breaker which I fitted myself. On opening the control panel to do this I notice the 240 volt wiring is very light gauge and I would be loathe to run this machine on high loads for extended periods because of that. Run various gene's over past 4 yrs. This one by far the best one yet not a single quibble after a month of regular running! The longest day was over 24hrs. It purrs along barely working running 2300w plus. Great economy as well...

HAVING PURCHASED THIS GENERATOR I TRIED IT OUT FOR THE FIRST TIME TODAY, AFTER FILLING WITH PETROL & OIL FIRST PULL ON THE CORD AND IT FIRED UP STRAIGHT AWAY. SO EASY TO HANDLE AND HAS THE CAPACITY TO HANDLE LARGE AMOUNT OF WATTAGE.
Good value and does what i have expected. Easy to start and operate.
Product as specified. It is simple and straight forward to use, starts easily and is very quiet for a petrol generator. Output appears to be fairly stable with less fluctuations than I expected. Overall good value.
Works well. Trying to put the oil into the motor to start with, when it's new. This is a nuisance.
I bought this generator to replace a Fuji Micro 3700 Camping generator that seized. It has done three hours so far and I am very happy with it. It starts immediately and it runs surprisingly quiet. Will be taking it camping from now on. One small improvement could be made about the location of the choke. It is difficult to close the choke after the generator turns on as the vibration makes it hard to get your hand in the opening to close the choke. Other then that. Very happy with the purchase...
Living in South Australia with its constantly unreliable power supply both summer and winter, some outages lasting for days, I sought an answer to the problem with this generator. It has the capacity to handle my fridge/freezer, my gas heater ignition/fan (if needed) a pedestal fan (in summer months) and run my TV and a basic LED standard lamp. After filling with oil and fuel it started first pull. It is a little noisier than I had hoped but the advantages outweigh this.
Put oil & Petrol in, turned on the fuel tap,put the choke on, pulled the starter once & it started first go. It power's my 2.5 air compressor, my welder with no problem. Highly recommended. A+A+A+A+A+ 5 out of 5.
