Bought this unit over the net, when it arrived it was running very rough. Not going to lie was a bit disappointed. Sent through an email at 6.15 pm and to my surprise received a reply advising how to send through a video on the issue. Sent video the next morning and received a reply within about 15 mins on how to fix the relatively minor issue. Not only did this fix the problem the unit then ran the air con and microwave simultaneously.......fantastic.

Easy to install and set up, took minutes to do. Has beautofully clear images/Video even on the opposite end of my home. Great as baby monitors too with the motion sensors sending notifications to your phone.

reliable small machine
I think it is a very good quality unit. Just a bit noisier than I expected. Especially for camping.It would be very helpful to nominate how much oil is needed on the first fill as it took about 8 times screwing in the great filler tube, then the plug to check each time for a level, and it is difficult to determine how much more is required to get to the correct level.Apart from that, it seems to run power tools nicely and is not too heavy to move about.

requires choke to start even when hot.combination, choke, run, off, controll switch very hard to operate to turn generator off. In my opinion the generator is a bit too noisy.
