If Hairdryers could be call sexy than this one is. It has great looks.It is light weight, low noise and extremely powerful. If my co-ordination was slightly off regards turning it off before I put it down, it blew half the stuff off my dressing table. I love it. I have thick shoulder length hair and usually it takes 20-30 mins to dry. My hair was dry in 10 mins. Hair was also shiny due to the nozzle which stays firmly in place. I would highly recommend this product. I mentioned it too my hairdresser who I know uses GHD. They have already tried this new model and will not use anything other than GHD at their salon.

I bought this product about a month ago and it’s been one of the best investment I’ve made as a process stylist! It’s not as loud as my other dryer, but most importantly it’s faster and so much lighter! I can do more blow outs is a shorter amount of time and my back isn’t killing me by the end of it. Absolutely amazing and the hair is so beautifully polished when done! Another feature I like is the button placement. Rather than the buttons being in the inner portion of handle under the nozzle, they’re on the outter portion where the button palm is. As a stylist, when I’m blowing out I’m mostly holding the dryer by the back of the nozzle which makes it much easier to switch the temp and speed in the middle of a blow out. After my hairdryer sparked next to my head (I had it for 9 years). I thought I would treat myself. I was recommended this hair dryer but was uncertain as I had never spent more than ÂŁ40 on one. I have been soo impressed with my GHD straightener I went for this hairdryer. So glad I did. It is light weight and I've not had to touch my straighteners yet and I bought the hairdryer over 3 months ago. I normal have frizzy hair as my hair is so thick and long. I can actually blow dry my hair with ease and it's like I've straightened it every time. I highly recommend this hair dryer and understand now the difference in price. Its worth every penny.

I’ve had this hairdryer for 2 months. I’m somewhat of a hairdryer collector due to never being able to find one that really suits my hair which is pretty long and quite unruly. I received this hair dryer from Influenster and GHD in exchange for an honest review. I already owned 2 hair dryers and this’s the first time i use a GHD product so i’m kind of skeptical. First, it came in a nice package with pretty color, very lightweight and does not make my hands feel tired while holding it. I’ve a fine, thin, long hair and it takes around 7’ to totally dry so on average it’s a little bit shorter compared to other brands with same speed. Buttons are very simple and you can control power and heat levels the way you want quite easy. Not too noisy is also an advantage. More importanly, it left my hair smooth and no tangles so in general, i feel rather satisfied.

I received this product for free from ghd and Influenster in exchange for my honest review. I really like this hair dryer! I typically use the Shark hairdryer so my opinion on this hair dryer is in comparison to the Shark. I found that the ghd dryer works fast without being overly hot or loud. It also makes my hair so shiny and dries it without frizz. My hair is naturally wavy so it’s very easy for it to look frizzy especially when being dried. The concentrator works very well. I would love to try a diffuser attachment for this as well! I’ll absolutely continue to use this tool and would definitely recommend it.

I had the GHD Air for years before I purchased the Helios, sadly the Air came to the end of its life and I needed a new one. My hairdresser recommended another brand which I purchased initially and immediately returned as it was absolutely no comparison to the Air I had. Using the same products, brush and technique my hair took ages to dry and was frizzy afterwards (I have long, thick wavy hair so it’s hard to get a smooth bouncy effect from just blow drying) but I could achieve this easily with the Air.So I decided to purchase the Air again but then decided on the upgraded Helios, and have been so happy I did! After 9 years my trusty hairdryer finally gave out. I asked my hairdresser what they recommended and they said this, I was dubious about it matching my old salon hairdryer… but! It’s surpassed all expectations and I absolutely love it.At first I was disappointed that it came with only two settings for power but boy was I wrong! It’s super powerful and heat is great, the cold shot holds everything in place and also cools me down when drying in summer. Highly recommend! If you’re doubting whether it will be strong or hot enough for your thick frizzy hair, rest assured this is the best hair dryer you could get!!
