As far as radial brushes go... this is one of the best brands I’ve used and I’m not a huge GHD fan. After using so many brushes and so many brands I always go back to my GHD brush set. I’ve brought them as presents and I really do love them! I guess the only things I dislike about them most are personal preference; they become (after hours and hours of use) very uncomfortable to hold. I’ve found other brush designs to be more ergonomic to use. I’ve also found that even after a few moments of use ur hands can get quite clammy as it’s a solid non vented handle. My biggest thing though is that I feel as though it cools down to fast and doesn’t heat up fast enough. I keep mine on a heated metal plate to keep them warm. This is my 3rd large brush I have bought in the past 4 to 5 years.I took it on holiday with a medium size brush which I use for my fringe and I am thankful I did!The bristles burnt right down within less than 5 blow drys and I have used the same technique of blow drying for years.I will be returning the brush when I get home.I hope this was from a bad batch!!Based on this brush alone I would not recommend to anyone but based on the 1 small 1 medium and 2 large I have had in the past I would definitely recommend.

Lovely great long handle. So if you have long hair, you're not getting your hair stuck and tangled to the handle. The barrell nicely grips yet glides smoothly through the hair too. Really overly pleased about a brush. I have fine hair but lots of it (so people think it's thick)

I’d never bought GHD brushes before, frankly I thought they were unnecessarily expensive. How wrong was I!!! Simply the best hair brush I have ever owned; ergonomic, gives great volume, easy to clean. I will never use other cheap brands… you get what you pay for!
I bought this because it's what my hairdresser uses. Very happy so far. It gets through my hair easily and I use it all of the time now. It's like a detangler first thing in the morning or after washing my hair. Brilliant smooth results for drying.
Probably one of my new favorite brushes! They’re so smooth, and they don’t have anywhere for the hairs to get caught! Effortless glide! Holds the hair well and doesn’t fall out. 0 complaints. Great brushes. Contemplating getting the whole set.
I’ve been using the ceramic hair brushes for years and loved them, but the bristles on this new one are not the same. They are much softer and don’t grip my hair as much as the older version. I have curly hair which i straighten and need good grip to create tension when blow drying. This one just doesn’t do the job so I’ll be using my old one until I find a better product. GHD why have you changed the bristles ?!?
I have been suffering with hair loss due to Folliculitis and my hair has thinned considerably. I commented to my new hair stylist that I'd been finger drying my hair to avoid too much pulling of my hair using my present brushes which were not GHD brushes but ceramic vented. I was only finishing off my styling with them. She used this brush to style my hair after a cut and colour and my hair never got tangled up in the brush. She suggested I bought a size 2 which I did. Very happy with it and have thrown away my old brushes!
I bought this brush to give my hair some volume. I didn't realise how crappy my old brushes are. The ceramic gives my hair a smooth texture and the brush is great for that added volume. I have long hair but this didn't take long for it to dry using the round brush. I would definitely recommend. I now need to buy a ceramic paddle brush to add to my collection.
Ultimate blow dry brush. Worth the money, it is an investment brush. Leaves hair silly smooth. Speeds up drying. Since investing in better brushes I have noticed less hair loss when drying.
