Ghost Legend | Warheads Sour Watermelon | Pre-Workout Supplement

This is one of the best pre-workout powders I've tried. I will preface this by saying I only put about 4 oz of water. It tastes much better the more concentrated the mix. You have to shake it up very well so it isn't grainy, but if you like a watermelon candy kind of watermelon, this tastes amazing. It's not spot on to Warheads specifically, but it is definitely a sour candy kind of flavor. As far as performance, this wakes me up and pumps me up without an intense crash. I'd compare the caffeine and energy boost to a hefty espresso drink, but it's an uplifting, focused kind of boost. It helps both with a pumped up workout or even just generally staying up and running for a full work shift when you need to wake up. I don't feel wired at all drinking this. BEST PRE WORKOUT EVER??

Taking this pre I made sure I had no caffeine so I can feel it. I took a full scoop because i drink a ghost energy drink mostly everyday. After about 25mins I felt like Batman! After working out for almost 2 hours I wanted to keep going! 10/10 and I love the sour green apple energy drink so this is perfect!

Big Energy, But Be Careful of the Tingling and Jitters

The Fruit Punch flavor is okay. Pretty basic. I have tasted pre-workouts that tasted the same. I wish I would have bought one of the cool flavors like War Heads, but it was sold out at the GNC I went to.When I used the pre-workout for the first time I didn't listen to the warning label when I should have. I took a full serving when I should have taken less to gauge my tolerance. My body tingled like crazy all over and I had intense flushing.I have been taking half a serving for the past few days. It definitely gives me that energy boost and focus, but I still haven't escaped the tingles.Therefore, I took off one star for the subpar flavor and one star for the tingle effects. This pre-workout is strong. I would suggest to be careful and start small first.

GHOST Legend Pre Workout

GHOST Legend, in Red Berry flavour is my new Pre-Workout addiction.I cannot drink coffee due to it giving me the shakes, I can’t sleep and I don’t like the flavour.Here is my review (BS aside): The flavour wasn’t snt too sweet nor sour, it was just right. The feeling I got was tingles in my body, it made me feel alive! My mood popped up, I was alert and had an increase in energy.I am a person who can have a side effect of coming down from caffeine, I will get moody, sad, extremely tired, jittery, paranoid. Great Pre, Great company

I’ve bought many different prework outs from this company , they have a great selection of powders of a high quality for fair market prices. This preworkout is one of the best I have tried. I don’t “feel” its effects suddenly , the difference it makes is subtle but noticeable and doesn’t have you itching like a dog or sleeping at sunrise.

Great product, great taste

Tastes good (not *too* sour) and works as expected. I only use about half a serving, which works well for me - not too much of the itchy ears/face side effect. Gives me a good boost for my workout but doesn't have any noticeable impact on heart rate.

Major downgrade over the previous version

Not sure why they thought removing the tyrosine and alpha-gpc was a good idea. Choline bitartrate is one of the worst forms of choline out there. It has low bio availability and doesn't cross the blood brain barrier as effectively as GPC. Now will you notice this change?, maybe, maybe not. If you're looking for mental energy/feeling of wellness this just isn't worth it anymore.

my new favorite PW

At first i was skeptical about this PW. thought it was just overhyped, just like stupid SHREDZ.But i got tired of sipping on my C4 pw. I've been hitting the gym for the past 6 years and tried many supplements, and PW of course, C4, MP assault, Force Factor, Shredz, etc etc. I've eventually settled with c4, but again i got bored of it.So i gave Ghost Legend a try, Sour Watermelon. HOLY!!!!! Taste super good, and for some reason this is the only pw that makes me sweat A LOT. Keeps me focused as well.Though for its price i can get double the servings with c4, i can say this PW is my favorite.
