Look, for the price, I cant complain. It did the job I wanted it to do and did it with ease. I couple of items on the chainsaw where broken inside the box but nothing that I couldnt fix. Happy camper!

The on-off switch did not work upon arrival. I pulled it out and fixed it myself. However, this machine has a lot of other issues. When you tighten the chain, it looks tight, but it's actually loose when you go to start the saw. So one minute it looks tight, and the next it's loose, but look again, and it's tight? Also, the machine will not start easily. When you do get it start, you cannot pull the throttle, or it will stall. After running it for 30 minutes, I finally was able to pull the throttle. But when the revs drop, the whole process begins again. I do not have time or the skills needed to fix this myself, and sending it back will cost more than the saw is worth. Do yourself a favour and go buy a STIHL, or a Husqvarna chainsaw.

Unfortunately my one is hard to start change fresh petrol and 2 stroke oil no change At last need to adjust carburetor 2 needles gradually running keeping adjust running smoothly and try to cut the tree but cant to finish cutting and getting smoke and burning smell. at that time I ready got shoulder pain because putting start many times. So far waiting rely what to do next step.
Great saw followed advice on resetting the mixture screws before trying to start then 2 choke pulls then one with out and away it went no power problems cut a small load of wood started first pull every time after that . Note: Turn both screws fully clockwise then the L back 1:3/4 turns then H 1:1/2 turns and should have no issues starting ,set to rich from factory and dont forget after use to drain fuel from tank and idle out the remainder save trouble of stale fuel next startup. Chains will stretch from new so keep on that as well . overall for the money I cant complain already paid for itself cutting a load of fire wood that wouldve cost more then I paid for the saw
The Chainsaw runs great and starts every time. Only the pull cord is to thin and snsps easy. I have replaced with a far stronger pull cord. It has great compression. Great value for $129.
First chainsaw I received wouldn't start. I received a replacement saw. Used it once, worked perfectly. The next time I went to used it, it wouldn't start. When looking for the problem I found that the air intake was bypassing the airfilter causing all the saw dust in the air too go into the carburettor and motor.
Top Chainsaw works well straight out of the box. Cheaper than hiring one from Kennards. Not that well balanced and had to adjust idle was running to fast. However a top unit
Very good value. For size, reasonably light. Plenty of power. Cuts well. Has primer, 3 pushes for quicker starting when cold.
good saw for the price, has problem with kickback chain brake and starter cord broke. Starts easily most times but sometimes wears you out. Runs quite well and cuts quite well as well.
