I love the Gillette razor cartridges. I usually just buy a razor from them and can buy the disposable cartridges like these to replace the blade every so often when it gets dull. I really like that these have 5 blades so it gets as close to the surface as it can and shaves the hair off. These are also pretty sharp so they get a close, precise cut of the hair but they’re comfortable enough to where I don’t often knick myself in the process. These cartridges are also pretty durable and they’ve lasted me weeks to a month or so depending on how often I shave and the blades do not dull quickly. It shaves well on my skin and I am very happy with my purchase. The sharpness is the best. Once you use this, you can't use anything else. The Gillette Fusion 5 electric shaver has one of the best balances of shave quality and gentleness of any shave I've ever used. You can purchase replacement blades in large quantities, so your skin will be smooth all year round. I also like the pinpoint trimmer, which is easy to use and can shave even small areas.

Best blades

Shout out the movie Blade but Gillette is the best Blade. Nothing against Wesley Snipes but this blades are the leading role in my movie. I love the pro glide and I was trying out different cartridges like the shield and I just find the classic glides to be the most suitable for me as I shave once every other day. Thanks for the amazing service and subscription option. I take advantage of the latter and truly appreciate Gillette. I used other blades and brands but the look and feel from these are what set the bar for my standards. I’d love a sample pack of all the types of blades Gillette sells to try the blades out to find my perfect one but like I mentioned I found the pro glide original to suit me for now. Blade quality steeply declined

Let me start this by saying I as a woman have been using these for my body since 2004. I found that Men’s razors work better. So I know a thing or two about these razors. Up until a few months back they were still the best around! Unfortunately I started getting razor burn on my legs, dragging and bumps because the blades don’t cut as well! They don’t get close enough like the old design. That’s a shame because these were the only razors I have used for 20 years. I have never found a closer shave. So so sad

Cheap inferior new version, same price. So disappointed.

My family has been a faithful user of the Gillete Fusion razor (all metal silver handle). We absolutily love the product. However, I was so suprised when I brought home to product and noticed the change. It does not fit the old handles of which we have plenty and it performs poorly in comparison to the old model. I understand the need to cut costs but it is getting out of hand. Everything is going backwards in quality yet prices remain the same. To bad. Customers always lose.

Disappointed with new product

I've used gelette products for a long while now. This new design of this blade just sucks. My face gets knicks a lot with this new design. The lubricating stripe does nothing at all anymore. Its been a long time since my face hurts after shaving but now it every single shave. I'll be looking for a new alternative to this redesigned junk. It's not worth tearing up my face. Straight up garbage.

Good Bye Harry’s Hello Gillette

I bought a razor handle/blade combo about a month looking for a better shave. I had been using Harry’s for over 7 years until I discovered the Fusion 5 Proglide. I’m now a Gillette customer for life. Your razor handles and blades are far superior to Harry’s. Keep up the good work. Goodbye Harry’s. Hello Gillette

Great but missing one important thing...

It's a great razor. My old one lasted me nearly 15 years but it's missing one important thing; the original came with a snap on cover that was fantastic because it protected the razor from getting dull and also protected everything else in my gym bag from the razor. The new ones don't have this anymore and it's a main reason I bought my new one, because my 15 year old handle had seen better days but is still going and that's largely due to the old case I'd bet. I hope they bring it back.

Redesign to Razor Heads on Fusion 5 is Terrible

I've been using Gillette Fusion5 blades for YEARS. They used to be the very best out there. The recent change to the plastic/rubber around the blades on the heads is terrible. It causes too much friction/drag, and prevents the blades from getting close enough to the skin for a close shave. This makes you use more pressure to get the blades closer, forces you to shave over the same spot over and over, and results in MORE cuts, not fewer. And you STILL don't have results as good as they used to be. Please go back to your old design or at least rethink the new one. I am searching for something new now after almost 20 years, because these are just plan unusable.

Something Changed: Massive Reduction in Shave Quality

I’ve been using the Fusion blade for years and years. Without fail, it has always provided the closest, cleanest, most comfortable shave of any mainstream razor. Something happened. This new redesign of the blade (you can tell by the orange strip at the bottom - the old one is a solid bar and the new one has little openings along the bottom) is absolutely awful. They look the same blade wise, but the shave quality is abysmal- while it’s still a smooth shave, it doesn’t shave NEARLY as close. I thought I was going crazy because one day after shaving (I usually go 2-3 days in between), my neck felt (and looked) like I was on day 4 of no shave. I don’t know what changed, but Gillette, you messed up. Please change it back.
