I no longer feel sleepy at work after starting to take Gingko Bilola and it is very helpful. This is my 4th bottle and I took total 2 months to write this review, although I do not take everyday, it makes me feel rejuvenated every time I take it. This has been a great addition to daily life for me. I am mid 40's and stated noticing my memory recall was lagging. After doing some reading about the benefit of quality ingredients in Ginkgo Biloba supplements, I chose these. I'm extremely satisfied with my memory and brain functions recently.

Very good quality, no taste capsule, clean ingredients with high quality ginkgo and product is recommended to students and people after age of 30 for better memory, concentration, improvement of energy and brain function.Packaged is good in size coz at least 2 months of therapy. Ginkgo Biloba is a supplement that is in our house used by almost everyone. It helps support memory and brain capacity. It also helps support healthy mitochondrial and nerve cell function. It is great supplement for both, younger people who need to stay focused on their everyday tasks and older people because it supports memory. This exact Ginkgo Biloba I bought a few times because it great value for the money and I can really feel when I am taking it and when I am not. I can honestly feel the difference.

I'm not sure if the "memory" part is a huge difference, but I've had this (hard to explain) constant state of pressure in my head that taking Ginkgo Biloba seems to make a lot better. It's not around as much, and not as bad when it is. Good sleep is a huge help, but even with that I had that weird "pressure" and sound in my head. My focus with GB has been the major improvement. I write, edit, and format nearly all day long so concentration is needed. Memory did improve somewhat, just not some huge aspect. So for the focus and that pressure feeling in my head, this particular product has been great. Loads cheaper and it's actually the correct Ginkgo Biloba. I’ve been buying ginkgo from Mason Natural (which is the most affordable yet good option on iherb) for years now.It works great for me when I need to be focused on studying. But it works even better for my dad, who had a stroke and experiences headaches and a light difficulties with memory. He says, it “clears” and makes his brain more “fresh”.Definitely one of my best purchases on the whole website ever.
Hard to type, easy to take. I like that the dosage of each individual pill is 120mg, most are around 60mg. Unsure about "memory improvement" or "brain energy" or whatever, but I like it well enough. Did you know that Ginkgo Biloba is one of the unique substances on this earth that is a triple S-N-D-RI?
