This is my favourite Acqua Di Gio flanker. This is the classic made modern, masculine, and classy. I love the addition of incense in this. Great fragrance for every day wear and can also be worn for formal occasions or date nights as well. 5 sprays usually lasts me half a day and if you go 8-10 sprays it will go all day. It’s a shame that this fragrance is getting harder to find. If you have a chance to get your hands on this, buy it! Highly recommended.

One of the best aquatic fragrances ever created. It gives off a nice sexy, salty, tropical beach vibe with undertones of beautiful incense. Acqua Di Gio Profumo is the best of the Di Gio line and an instant classic that is versatile enough for any situation. Quiet enough to wear at the office while also being loud enough to wear on a date night and catch your partners attention. The only time I wouldn’t recommend wearing this is if you don’t want to be asked what you have on because it’s bound to happen. Scent: 9.5/10 Projection/sillage: 7/10 Performance: 9/10 (9-10 hours easily)

Very disappointed in this product, to the point that I won’t be wearing it.As I had already sprayed other products onto my pulse points as a means of evaluating their suitability, I hadn’t anywhere left for the product I purchased. I went purely on how it smelt on the tester card, and as a result, to my misfortune, was not aware of the way it would come across once applied to my skin. Expensive lesson learned. It smells like burning garden waste on me. I’ve never filled one of these forms in before, basic schoolboy error by me, especially as I now have to either do without or shell out again to the cost of my standing error. Aqua di Gio Parfum is new for me...

I am a long time user of Aqua Di Gio Eau de Toilette that my wife enjoys the fragrance and purchases for me. I have always had a tremendous amount of favorable comments from strangers, in Malls, Grocery Store, basically everywhere. This is her first purchase of this for me, last month, mainly because the ease of refilling the bottle! And after reading the fragrance before hand seemed to be basically the same as de Toilette. However, I have worn this out and around for a couple of weeks, and realized not only has no one mentioned my cologne, even my wife asked me if I had used it a couple of hours after I had used it! So I do want to say, I don't ever use but one spray on each side of my neck! I certainly never want to wreak of ANY Cologne! The opening has a smooth blend of citruses that feels very refreshing. The perfumery is so brilliant that the citruses and the greener accords jointly begin emanating from the skin with the Parfum v/s individual notes breaking apart with the Suqraat. Now I can comprehensively understand how clones and OGs differ in each other first hand!After 10-15 minutes, when the fragrance begins to dry down, you can get whiffs of the Sage and patchouli making. So the Parfum has a green dry down v/s the smoky incense dry down the Profumo offers. I say this by comparing with the Suqraat during its dry down. The Suqraat lacks any smoky element at all but the incense smoke has two parts- the smoke and the sweet scent bubble that's left after the smoke trail and the Suqraat only manages to capture the sweet trail of incense.I couldn't sniff any sweet or smoky accords during the Parfum dry down. It's greener and hence more mellow and hence more mass pleasing than the Profumo.The longevity on this is pretty impressive. Been 3 hours since I've sprayed the ADG Parfum on my skin and I can still get whiffs of it when I bring my hand close to my nose. This isn't a loud scent though. Lacks beast mode projection and sillage but this is the characteristic of the ADG DNA so I wouldn't complain. Do tell me in the comments how many hours of longevity you folks get with the Parfum!Either way, this is a great fresh citrus blend that stays true to the Acqua Di Gio line up with a slight green twist. I'd definitely save up to acquire the Parfum and wear it to special This is definitely an all weather scent and absolutely inoffensive so you can pull this off in almost all settings.

Review of Armani ACQUA DI GIO Eau De Parfum Spray 125ml

My husband really likes this fragrance. With the Membership it makes it a good price. I was unable to complete my purchase online and ....this is not the first time either. Because of the response from the customer service being slow and unhelpful I lost the samples which should have come with the offer (this, also, is not the first time and, despite being promised this previous samples delivery I have never received them)However, I made a rare trip into Shrewsbury on Saturday and explained my predicament. Alex was lovely - polite, apologetic and understanding and I was able to make my purchase there.

While similar to Profondo, still a must-own

It arrived today.Therefore, this is a very early first impression of the scent. I've been wearing it all day, and as with any scent, the opening is certainly what predominates my senses at the moment.For me, I think it would be fair and accurate to describe this is as "the EDT with the addition of that salty, minerally deep-marine accord which heavily characterizes Profondo".It also features (at least in the open) a soapy quality that is absent in the EDT but can be found in Profondo, which leaves me to believe it is the Lavender at work. This soapy quality is not dominant or overwhelming, it's just there.It definitely out-performs it's older brother EDT, significantly.Acqua di Gio EDP is a happy middle ground between the EDT and Profondo, combining the fruity-water-on-the-breeze magic of the original with the depth, punch, and soapiness on offer from Profondo.Looking at the comparisons, I think this is much closer to Profondo than it is Essenza or Profumo, by a long shot. Essenza actually has a good bit of what eventually became Profumo somewhere in it's DNA. Where I described this as a happy middle-ground between EDT and Profondo, Essenza was the happy-middle ground between EDT and Profumo.This release has very, very little in common with either of those, and what it does have in common with them is more about the DNA of the EDT which is present in both.That's not a bad thing either, as I think Profumo does perfectly what it set out to do, and should be left in it's lane. We don't need a re-release of Profumo which does the job less-well than it did.Furthermore, to address a question I am quite sure sits at the forefront of many people's mind; this is not a replacement for the EDT, but it's a really good release and a good addition to the line.I think those who will be most pleased with this release will be those who REALLY liked Profondo - but wished it had skewed slightly more towards the root DNA of the EDT than it did.I'll probably add an updated review later as I get some more time with it. For now though, I do recommend it.

I thought I'd love this fragrance without any doubt. However this was such a disappointment. The original ADG in this line is a timeless scent but this was such a disappointment. It's an unimaginative office scent. If you pick up the bottle and smell it, it smells fantastic. There's so little incense in this after that first blast it's gone and I love incense. There's no depth to this, the marine and aquatic aspect to it is almost nonexistent. It's just this sour citrus and rosemary scent with a light bit of sweetness that's aromatic. The longevity on this is a joke. Even after months of owning this I'm lucky to get 5 hours out of it maximum with 5 sprays.
