Giorgio Armani Code Profumo 110ml Parfum

Si Passione is described as, “This bold women's fragrance opens with sparkling pear, revealing a deep rose petal heart. Finally, intense vanilla paired with cedarwood leaves a lasting sensuality.” I did not find this bold, but very light. I was excited since it said it had a “deep rose petal heart,” but I mostly just smelled pear with a light floral in the background. Along with a slight sweetness form the vanilla. Definitely not bold or sensual, this fragrance was a disappointment. I can see why the price is lower than other fragrances, since the longevity is also bad. Probably lasted an hour on me. It smells watered down for some reason. Even a lower than normal price doesn’t justify the price for such a weak fragrance. It's supposed to start with a pear smell then die down to rose petals in a woody- vanilla base. I do smell a bit of the pear after immediately spraying this on. But that fades quickly into a floral, fruity type of smell then dries down completely smelling of a nice classic clean type of smell. This perfume is nice however I'm extremely disappointed in the longevity of this. It's an edp and because of that I expect this to last longer the few hours that it did. I also have the original Sí edp which in my opinion smells similar but better and is so much more longer lasting. I'll be returning this. When Code came out it was imperative to have it. Armani definitely makes great products, and their quality is indisputable. Yet I have to say that this version isn’t great. Instead it’s good. These are after all my opinions, although I’m fairly well experienced with mens colognes. This is more of a fall/winter scent. Projection is quite impressive initially, but a couple hours later it is a skin scent. Root beer is what it smells like. While there’s no loud burps with this, I’m not so enamored with this. I love the atomizer, as it really shoots the fragrance out. The bottle is good looking too, so do give this one a look at. It’s not a must have, but some might find this to their liking.

OMG, I can’t say enough good things about Code Absolu. This is just perfection, the best fragrance ever. The sweetness from Tonka bean and Vanilla mixes so well together with leather accord to give it smooth creaminess but also to rein in the sweetness so its not too cloying but it feels mature, grown up and rich. It feels so intimate and seductive, every time i wear it i feel like i wanna hug myself. Performance is great but no heavy projection. It creates a nice scent that bubble and i keep getting whiffs of it all day. Longevity is above average. If I had to keep one fragrance for rest of my life, it would be a tough competition between this one and ADG Profumo. I’m still not over this being discontinued.

Best discontinued date night Fragrance

This is the best date night fragrance on the market. It should not be getting discontinued. It is the best Armani code BY FAR. The new Parfum and last years EDP are not even close in quality compared to this one. It is amazing. Fizzy tonka vanilla suede. Best for Fall/Winter, and cooler spring nights.I'm giving this 1 star because Armani Beauty edited my original review because it asked me to link to media and I linked it to a youtube video RAVING about this product, and it said that it was not an appropriate media. Why do you have this option to link to a YouTube video if I am raving about how good your product is. Its very strong in the beginning and my favorite part of the perfume is when the florals fade a bit and blend in with the base. I hardly smell any of the top notes on myself and thats not because of an untrained nose as bergamot and apples are my alltime favorite notes. I also do not find this fragrance to be tropical as some have said, but its what Id imagine a young woman in classic Hollywood times would wear. I think my favorite thing is the still creamy and pretty drydown. Im sitting here writing this review after a long day and the beautiful blend of sands, light woods, and faint white florals is so relaxing. I honestly dont think any of my other perfumes including designer scents wear this beautifully. That being said, I am sometimes surprised this isnt higher on my list of scents. I think its just because this scent is so creamy and relaxing. As a twentysomething leading a busy life, I get that extra zest from my citrus and fruityfloral fragrances. But this fragrance is perfect for someone who wants to relax and enjoy life a little more. sillage low to moderate after the initial spray which I find very intimate and appropriate for this scent longevity depends on the weather conditions but the core lasts at least 36hrs often more and the base lasts all day usually until washed off

It's overrated, but let me tell you why. It's too sweet, but it does have character that character being very spicy and leathery with vanilla. But this combination isn't great honestly.. What you get is too sweet, too strong, too sharp on the nose, too spicy, too leathery and it's a bit of a mess. However it's previous flanker Profumo is great I love profumo more than absolu because profumo is more balanced and more fress not overly sweet and less leathery.
