I have tried a lot of foundations over the years. They always seem to stay the same, they just change up the packaging. This foundation is wonderful! I have bought some of this foundation here and there over the years, not thinking the payoff was worth the price. Within the last 10 years or so, as I aged, so did my skin. This is a full and complete foundation, stays on all day with minimal touch-up and doesn't melt off my face when I get hot and sweaty. That alone is excellent. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great foundation. I know the cost is more, but it apparently comes down to what works best for me. I use rebate extensions and usually don't buy unless there's a really good sale, which happens about every 3 or so months when I need more!

I am So impressed with this foundation. I have been using powder foundation for years, and I was tired of the dry patchy look. So I was on the hunt for a new one, and wanted to try a liquid. After trying about 10 other brands, I finally decided to try this after seeing it on a makeup artist story. And omg! Wow. The color match is perfect (and I’ve been searching the my perfect match for years), it is literally weightless feels like I’m wearing nothing at all. Coverage is definitely medium, covers what I need it to without being cakey. I will say if you have an extreme blemish you will still need concealer. But this literally gives me a second skin, like my skin but way better! Will be continuing to purchase.

After years of wearing heavy foundations to try to hide every imperfection and look flawless I started to realize my makeup just didn’t look how it used to. I have good skin, I take very good care with great products but I just looked so “Made up” too much foundation!!! It was draining all the moisture out of my skin making me look older!!! You can’t wear makeup like we did in our twenties and thirties! Just like eyeliner, used to wear it everyday and I realized also I can’t wear it anymore it ages women so badly! I was looking for a medium to full-coverage foundation to cover some sun damage, redness, broken capillaries and somewhat enlarged pores on my nose. This foundation feels nearly weightless on my face all day. Like you barely have anything on. It also controls T-zone oil all day like you wouldn’t believe!! It needs a SPF moisturizer or SPF primer underneath, as it does not contain SPF, is not super hydrating and it dries quickly upon application. It feels silky with a very light, natural powder-like finish. It is not full-coverage, but it covers a good deal nonetheless with about 1.5 pumps for me. If you want a “dewy” foundation, this is not it. It’s helpful that they have many shades/undertones. This particular shade of Fluid Sheer is most likely best for a highlighter. The soft, shimmery glow has a subtle irridescent sheen, barely noticeable; it adds an ethereal gleam to the pinkish-gold gleam. I pump a pea-sized button onto the back of my hand, blend that with a large brush, and then gently hit the tops of my cheekbones, forehead, bridge of my nose, and chin. I blend this out VERY well, so that I only have the slightest sheen on my face. This is one of the most flattering and most natural-looking enhancers on the market, and believe me, I have tried them ALL. No chunky glitter, and the color is uniform. I recommend it.
My last refill was ordered in late 2019, i used to love this product. Since then, the formula has changed as well as the shades. I ordered colors 6.25 and colors 6.5 this time, as my old color [7.5 medium golden] was no longer available. The color i ordered this time with yellow undertones is actually far too dark for my skin tone. The neutral undertone shade i ordered is a better match, but not a perfect match as it once was. The odor has changed significantly since their recent formulation change. Think slightly plastic/chem odor. Additionally, the product has lost the classic light + buildable "no makeup" coverage it once held before formulation change. Loved the Fluid Shear #10 Bronze, it gives my skin a nice healthy glow plus I mix with my lighter (winter) foundation to make it darker which offers a nice glow. Update; this product has changed and changed for the worse. Now I see why there are so many bad reviews. #10 Bronze is so much lighter now and offers little to no radiance to my skin. I couldn’t live without this stuff. Not only did they change an excellent product, they’re charging more for lesser amount. SMH. Why do companies mess with something that isn’t broken?! What a shame. Looks like L’Oréal bought this company and couldn’t wait to ruin it. Bottom line; this product is a waste of $$ because it doesn’t do what it says it does. It’s like second skin. While I admire the completely flawless look some heavier coverage foundations can provide, that’s not the everyday look I want for myself. This foundation gives that nice balance of enough coverage to even out your skin tone while not hiding every freckle and “blemish” that makes you look like “you.” It blends right into your skin and is hard to make a mistake with it. I’m fair skinned (#2), and I often have issues with blending a foundation into my jawline/neck area without seeing an obvious color change. Not with this stuff; it blends seamlessly.
