Hard to open. Airtasker guy warned me be careful not to cut mattress. He was meant to do it but same seller delivered bed frame with MOULDY slats . Had to order another replacement bed frame which took 3 weeks.So I had to open itEven bring careful I CUT THE MATTRESSAnd he said when you get through the layers of plastic it EXPLODES so make sure you have room.I spent $288 on this mattress it is okBUT a bit soft and saggy.Good for my 10yr old but I wouldn’t like it.Only bought it because of great ratings but it’s not firm enough for me

Nothing on the product, it's packaging or the paperwork that came with it matches the advertisement it was purchased from. I am not unhappy with the mattress. A little too firm, but comfortable and even. Reasonably well made. Only 31 cm thick. Made in China. Reasonable value for money. Just not sure it is what I ordered. Poor marketing. Questionable supplier.

We purchased this mattress for our child who constantly tossed and turned all night and they have slept so soundly since we purchased it. It is an amazing mattress so comfy it has such a soft pillow top, I loved it myself so much that we have also purchased the king size. This mattress is worth the money it is well made,well packaged it is soft but not too much i belive the med rating on this mattress is spot on and not at all hard and is definitely worth every penny i spent on it so very pleased.

Excellent mattress. This was my third Gisellle mattress. Really comfy to sleep on. Quality stitching. Just be mindful of the thickness of the mattress. Buy fitted sheet accordingly. Ikea sheets wont fit or any European designed and made sheets.

Purchased this as an upgrade to a double for my son (11 years old) he says this us comfortable and soft, he doesn’t want to get out of bed! This is my 2nd giselle mattress purchased and you can’t fault the quality. It’s well made, the fabric is all in tact and manufactured overall, really well. I’ve owned far more expensive mattresses and giselle comes out equal in terms of longevity and quality. My deal came out to the cheapest after reviewing online. Won’t be the last purchase I make from Giselle bedding.

You sent the wrong one - I contacted, you then sent the correct one. I didn't want to send back to you as I needed your correct address and I feel I shouldn't pay return postage as it was not my fault. I tried over and over to make contact with you and was not able to speak to anyone so I still have the incorrect one. Convenient bed in box

Very thick and firmer than I anticipated. Its comfortable enough but different to an inner spring mattress, you do sink into the mattress after a while, and it's quite heavy to move, but very convenient home delivery in box. Not bad for the price, although I later found the same mattress cheaper at other online outlets. Shop around.

First impression

Purchased in a single for my 5 year old child and only arrived yesterday so as far as longevity goes, I cannot comment at this time. For this price though, I don't foresee it being a 10 year trooper or anything like that.First night and my child stayed asleep in their bed ALL NIGHT very happy!I probably wouldn't recommend for an adult, as mentioned in the one star review it's not overly firm and I could see it sagging and losing its plush feeling quite quickly. However, for a child that still hasn't hit 20kg it's absolutely perfect.Arrived vacuum packed in a box, not what I was expecting so was pleasantly surprised and it was super fun breaking that vacuum seal. Will definitely buy again

I am writing this review after using the bed for about a month now and I can definitely say we are so happy with this purchase. Very comfortable, love the pillow top and the mattress suited us perfectly. Best value for money, fast delivery, and quick setup. We did allow 48 hours before we started using it as per the instructions.We can honestly say that we love this mattress more than our previous one which we paid about four times the price. As per many people reading this, we had our doubts if this mattress would be any good if it’s this cheap… but I trusted the reviews and guess what? I have now recommended this to family and friends.

Wrong product description: The product description mentioned the mattress is medium to firm, however, the mattress is soft and creates back pain when you sit on the mattress for long time. Since the mattress is very soft, it goes inside down when you sit on it. This causes back pain for me and my wife. I am not satisfied with the product and asked for the return. However, seller has not taken any sort of initiative to take return. Both product quality is poor and the seller’s commitment is also extremely poor
