Super comfortable mattress. It comes in a box so it's vacuum sealed, a cutting tool for the plastic is provided which is great. Up until this point I was super happy, I used the provided cutting tool to open the plastic which broke within seconds and took a 5cm slice into the top of the mattress. I could have cried.All in all great mattress but a disappointing experience.
