We bought this oven in Sept 2018 and it was ok, poor heat circulation and had to add 10-20 degrees to any recipes to get it to work ok. It was highly recommended from staff. The biggest problem though, shutting the door normally the whole door shattered, with the handle and glass all over me and the floor. So now being out of warranty, after just 3 years, we have to get another oven. Stay away from Glem.

Bought this oven 4 1/2 years ago. Oven door doesn't close properly. Turned the light on and the RCD kicked in. Turned the grill on and the same thing happened and the light. Would overcook on the bottom and not brown on the topDisgusted, the oven should still be covered under warranty, no oven of this age should have any issues. My previous oven of 37 years (Chef) cooked like a dream. It was only replaced due to a kitchen renovation. Would prefer the option of zero stars. Too costly to repair so will be replacing. Like the cover the cost Glem?
