Global G-9 Bread Knife 22cm

I've been wanting new knives, & bought some global knives from you previously.As a full time working Chef, it's difficult to find just the right bread knife. This knife, for me is spot on. I can cut my soft scones without breaking them up. As an aside point, your company's had the best price, & & & I feel the very best service. Thanks

This knife is a revelation. I slice up a gluten free loaf we bake every week. Used to struggle with the old bread knife I bought at woolies a million years ago and got okay with it, but using this is amazing. It has purchase on the bread and allows you to slice through so quickly and in a straight line. If you slice up bread with any regularity please invest in a good knife it's one of those things that will make your life better.

Big, bold & beautiful

After repeatedly destroying my loaves with cheap knives I decided I had to upgrade. No regrets. I absolutely love my new Global bread knife. It is super sharp, just the right size, and perfectly slices through soft freshly baked bread or a hard crust with ease. Sometimes you actually do get what you pay for!

Can’t go wrong with Global

Added another Global to the collection. Super sharp with no flex in the blade. Great for slicing both crusty and soft loaves. Replaced a serrated bread knife that used to constantly annoy me. Couldn’t be happier with the Global.

Cut better slices

This knife has transformed bread slicing for me. Crusty loafs yield to its power. Soft squidgy loaves, that defied reasonable slicing before, are vanquished. The fluted edge glides effortlessly through sticky sourdoughs. I marvel at the thinnest of slice that is possible.

Fantastic knives

We have collected a few Global knives and they are fantastic!This one is a gift for my husband for Christmas, so not yet used.Word of warning, don't clean them in the dishwasher! Lesson learnt from our first knife snapping in half. Does say in the product details to not put in the dishwasher. Our mistake.Harts of Stur - great service & fast delivery!

Global G 9 Bread Knife Serrated Blade 21.5cm

Very happy with knife but also ordered 12 bottles of wine. The wine was supposed to have left Sydney on the 10 th still must be on a mule . The wine was ordered a considerable time before it even got to Sydney. I definitely will not buy from this company again. And have told our quite large family a d friends of this discussing service.

Perfect for slicing bread

this is the best bread knife I've ever had, does the job really well. In my house, some of us are left handed and some right, but we all can use the knife and cut straight slices of bread. The only question I have is to do with how to sharpen it. I have a global knife sharpener (2 sets of wheels that sit in water) but I don't think this will be suitable, due to the serrations on the blade. Any info about sharpening this knife would be appreciated.

I bought this as a gift. Stylish looking knife. Helps to complete the set of knives which the person already owns. Will be attached to a wall mounted magnet knife rack so permanently on display by the cooker. Great price compared to other retailers.
