I thought that the standard floats that came with the mouse were pretty good, oh my these are so silky smooth it's not funny, great purchase, so fricken happy with them
The GFloats are great. They are exactly what I was looking. Highly recommend putting these on your ModelO or O- if youre looking for smoother mouse movements.
The G floats are a great quality product, maybe a little overpriced but because they are ceramic they don't wear and should last forever. The G-floats offer great glide on hard surface mousepads but fall a bit short on cloth pads as they have roughly the same glide if not a bit worse than normal PTFE feet. If you need speed and would like to go as fast as possible, like myself, I highly recommend.
If you buy these, you need the Glorious software to change a setting. Instructions are on the package, but very important!The stickiness to adhere to the mouse is great. The glide it adds to your mouse is noticeable.I'd say if you're just looking for a replacement, get the $6.99 set. Those aren't ceramic, but these are a nice upgrade that seem more durable.
Got this to replace by ptfe feet which wore out after extended use on my hard mat. Was told these were the better option for hard mat users and it's definitely true. Wouldn't recommend for high-sensitivity users as this thing does glide at the lightest touch.
These are nice and frictionless. The original g-skates were nice too, but this one added more smoothness.
