Over the years I have tried many different natural remedies for sleep, and probably most of those available on HealthPost. So it is with some anticipated "let-down" that I try yet another product.In the case of GO Healthy Magnesium Sleep, what persuaded me to try it were the many positive reviews.Well, I have to say I'm very impressed, from the very first night of using it. I go to sleep virtually immediately, I'm staying asleep at least hour longer than before and have less restlessness during the night.As a result of the above I will be staying with this product as a satisfied customer.

I had been taking magnesium from different brands for about 3 years. I have been sleeping much better since taking magnesium but with some of brands I have puffy eyes in the morning. I prefer this brand, no side effect, the body absorbs it better and 5 HTP is included as well. I take Go Healthy magnesium for about 2 years. This product calms me down in evening and gives extra bust in the morning or day. I wake in the morning 2-3 hour earlier than at days I don’t take it. The capsule is 2 cm long, white. I will repurchase here. Keep up the good prices, you're my favourite.

Have found a big improvement in my sleeping patterns, waking an hour earlier, and remembering dreams. I also feel more energised during the day.

My sleeps been a lot better since taking this. I get to sleep quicker after taking it an hour before bed. Still wake through the night or have a sleepless night sometimes though. All up sleeping most nights and with fibromyalgia that's a hard find. Bigger bottle of 120 will be 2 months instead of 1 with the smaller 60's bottle. Cheaper way to do it in the longer term. Go Magnesium Sleep works very well for me. I sleep well and my magnesium levels are good being tested by my natural health provider.sometimes I need to change magnesium’s but have used Go for several bottles now and it’s great.
These work well for a better night sleep, so long as I am not over anxious. They are not strong enough to stop some symptoms when I am going through a bout of insomnia but when other ducks are on a row, they certainly help with that lovely floaty feeling of relaxation.I have also been known to open the capsules and mix with a bit of flavoured yoghurt as large capsules are a struggle to swallow during high anxiety for me.
I’ve tried all sorts of things to assist with turning off so I can sleep and after a couple of nights of taking two With dinner before bed I find I fall asleep fast and sleep all night ! I’d been tossing and turning for hours previously and when I fell asleep would wake with really strong leg cramps. I feel like it’s also lifted my mood during the day too . The first morning I felt a bit groggy but that’s passed now. I’ll continue to take this and start my husband on them .
Wow, what an amazing product. I started taking this on the advice of my naturopath daughter, in combination with a magnesium hi-zorb pill which contains magnesium glycinate (in the morning). What a difference to my sleep pattern which had become very disrupted. I highly recommend it to anyone suffering from the same thing. Not every night is perfect (I am 66 after all!) but most are so much better.
