A great value

This diminutive flag is a great value, especially when on sale. Coupled with a couple of other Godox flashes they are very versatile. I have two and use them along with my V1 flash. The combo works well and the flash can be operated just as a full TTL and HSS trigger for Godox flashes and strobes as well. The only complaint I have is that it would be nice to have a battery level indicator.

First, I'd like to state the current firmware version of the Fuji model is 1.2. This was the second Godox flash I bought. I got it for two reasons. One was to use on my Fuji X100v. Two, as master to fire my TT600. It took a little experimentation to get to this point. Using the flash on the X100v is a pleasure. It attaches firmly. Maybe too firmly. It does everything it should and does it well. If I'm out and about and suddenly I want to use OCF, remove the flash from the camera; press the 'slave' button and it is optical wireless mode. Make sure the camera flash is in 'Commander mode'. Now the minor down side. I can't get it to work right with the X100v in 'Radio Remote'. Everything else works like it should. And, for the real kicker, if I put the TT350f on a ... MoreFirst, I'd like to state the current firmware version of the Fuji model is 1.2. This was the second Godox flash I bought. And, for the real kicker, if I put the TT350f on a different camera, it works perfectly in all respects. So, on balance, I'm happy with the purchase. Hopefully the problem will be corrected with a firmware update.

Critical reviews cite poor battery life but the manual for this flash states that the advertised number of flashes ~200 at 1/1 is for high capacity 2500mah AAs. I bought two sets of Panasonic Eneloop Pros with 2550mah capacity along with this and am very happy with the performance. Also, this flash only takes 2 AAs and personally I am transitioning from a canon 430EX which took 4 AAs so relative to the number of flashes that two AAs gets you, this actually performs really well with the benefit being this is less bulky for smaller mirrorless cameras. Looks very pro on my Fuji XT4.

Compact, perfect size for smaller Fuji cameras like X100V
11 April 2022

The built-in flash in the X100V is actually quite powerful, and for short distances can light up the scene just fine. However, it has limitations, the most annoying of which are that with most lens hoods it creates a shadow effect, and of course you can't direct it or modify it in any way. The TT350F solves those problems while keeping the whole kit very compact, and while it doesn't match the power of, say, a V860II, it's a lot more powerful than the built-in flash. The form factor can be too small for some modifiers, but if it uses Velcro or a good elastic, it should work. One downside is that flash recycle is very slow compared to the V860II. Great, compact little unit
5 March 2023

I wanted a small, compact flash to use with my Fuji X-Pro3, and this Godox fits the bill perfectly. I didn't need a huge amount of power, as I plan to mostly use this unit for fill flash. TTL works great with my camera, and it's super easy to set flash compensation and such. I love the fact that it has a built-in wide-angle diffuser and a bounce card as well; and it comes with a nice slip-on diffuser to soften the light even more. It's ability to be used as a remote flash is another bonus. Great flash for not much money, and it fits neatly in my camera bag!

Handy size complements the Fuji X100v
12 May 2022

I needed a flash to use for fill-in and indoor pictures. I am relatively new to digital photography and had only used a flash on film SLRs decades ago. I saw the Godox TT350 recommended for Fuji users on a number of YouTube channels and in online reviews. I was able to use it to take pictures for a conference at a work. I would have completely missed these shots if I was only using natural light. It's more than powerful enough to do bounce flash in a medium sized room. I am sure other people know this already, but TTL flash photography is great!

Packing a punch
9 November 2022

Small and mighty flash unit. Picked it up to hide in the shot, as I often do product photos on location and hate to bring giant cases of studio lights with me. Godox ecosystem is truly something these days. Tried the flash on its own and it performs well for street stuff, as it can fit in a pocket quite literally. The tally light/AF assist function works on some Fuji cameras. All in all - a very nice addition to the kit, can't recommend this enough.

Small, easy to use, enough power for what I want.
17 July 2022

I bought one for my Fuji X-T2 mirrorless. It's small footprint makes it look like it belongs on the camera, and not that the camera is a stand holding up a huge flash. Then I bought a 2nd one for my Olympus Pen-F. This mirrorless is smaller than the Fuji, and it still looks good on top. Besides bounce, and swivel and the pull out screens to spread the light out, and put catchlights in the eyes, it has both optical sync and high speed sync too. No complicated menus, has TTL and in manual just turn the dial to go down to 128th power. My 2 AA batteries recharge in 3-4 seconds. Great little flash.

Well featured lens at a phenomenal price!
10 January 2023

I love this flash! This has been perfect for indoor people photos of my family, as well as a lightweight fill flash for outdoors. I've found that the metering is pretty close, although occasionally I have to adjust it 1/3rd of a stop or so from the TTL standard. Uses two AA batteries, which makes battery swaps simple with enough battery life for my purposes. Overall a great buy, especially at this price point.

Would Buy again
21 January 2023

This is the second flash I have bought for my FujiFilm TX5WHY - Needed a light and reasonably effective fill-in flash while doing street photography and family events.SIZE - Small to medium. Easily fits into my messenger camera bag. My larger Godox takes up too much space.CONSTRUCTION - Can feel a little flimsy. Rotating the head makes me feel I am about to snap it off.EASE OF USE - Good Backlite screen with highly visible characters. Easy to navigateFIT for MY PURPOSE - YesRECOMMENDATION - Would recommend as it fitted my needs but be aware that it is a lower powered flash and is not my primary flash.
