This couch is beautiful and I love the color, very comfy and great quality.Our issue is one of the pieces of the couch's walnut wood frame is too short, and we're not sure if it's a manufacturing issue or the delivery may have made an error when assembling the couch. Fortunately Castlery has been helpful with reaching out regarding the matter, we're now awaiting a repair team to come out and help resolve the issue. Fingers crossed!

Had some hiccups with scheduling white glove delivery, but otherwise everything was great! The sofa is lovely and quite comfortable. I wouldn’t say that the seating is super deep, but its a bit deeper than average. The chaise is roomy but not too long. Fabric is versatile, not soft, but feels thick and durable. I love the walnut finish and the space between the floor and the bottom of the sofa, it keeps the lines of this piece very clean and modern-but not drastic. Overall, I am very pleased.

I absolutely love this couch. The quality is evident and customer service was great. Right after we bought the couch it went on sale and they honored the sale price with no haggling. The couch depth is nice and its firm without feeling hard. We opted for the white glove delivery and it was worth every penny. Seamless delivery. They unpackaged the couch outside, broke down debri and assembled it inside with no mess in about 15 minutes. Already eying our next castlery couch for our front room.
