I sent a request for someone to get back to me about one of the wheels missing a component. I even sent photos in to show the day of delivery the component was nowhere to be seen. I was just happy for them to send me back one wheel as replacement.

This arrived via delivery. It was of lightweight construction and seemed flimsy compared to my old radiant heater. I assembled it, plugged it in - and nothing happened. I couldn't even get it to turn on. Very disappointed. I received a refund without any dramas.

Bought a few weeks ago and as live in a townhouse, open plan living is so hard to heat efficiency, this heater has exceeded my expectations.

Great heater, 4 different modes, 1 to 15 hour timer depending on mode, 2 or 4 bars on, remote and on wheels what more could you want from a heater. Getting a 2nd one
Great heater for the smaller room. Fast & easy delivery.
Gives off good heat, but the bars die quickly after use. Usually last about 6 months tops. I have owned 2 now. You get what you pay for I guess. So I may need to choose an oil heater instead for next winter...
I brought this heater last week it's okay keeps the small area warm a bit hard to understand
