Good Health magnesium cream from Bargain Chemist is very reasonably priced. I find this magnesium cream is a saviour for pain in joints and muscles applied directly to where the pain is and headaches (applied to forehead and temples) works to rapidly stop leg cramps to and I used it after my vaccination on the tennis ball size, very painful lump that was paralysing my arm, applied to the ‘lump’ when I went to bed & the pain stopped and lump disappeared within 1/2hr. This is my go to for pain. No need to take oral magnesium and wait for your digestive system to process it. Best pain relief

I use this for headaches caused by neck pain and recommended it to an elderly friend whose neck pain was extreme and doctors didn't have an answer.Tried this cream and instant relief and able to sleep at night.So grateful for this cream.

Deeply soothing

This is such an effective, organic substitute for Deep Heat or similar. Smells amazing, and within 10 minutes you can definitely feel its soothing effects. I rub it on my ankle which underwent surgery a year back.

Great for me and my friends

My friend at work had 2 back operations. She uses this as her main pain management and gave me a container to try. I use it all the time now for osteo arthritis in my knees. I usually massage it in after rubbing some together in my hands. I sometime use coconut oil too when my knees need some TLC and the oil and cream mixed together gives a longer massage with this wonderful cream.I've used it on my feet as well and it manages pain from 'flat feet'.We've shared it with people and they are finding its a fast acting pain management. Hand Cramps

I get a lot of cramping in my left hand. The after affects of the cramps is very painful. I'd heard magnesium cream can have an immediate affect and I haven't been disappointed with this product. There is still some pain after each episode but nothing like it has been in the past. The cream has actually stopped the cramp midstream for me too.

This cream really works! I have been using it for 4 weeks and am about to buy more. While it doesn't stop my ankles from swelling, it does take away 98% of the pain & discomfort - unbelievable! I also use it on my shoulder & neck and it relieves the pain there as well. Magnesium cream

I bought this wondering if it would be as good as the oil and it is much better. I have only got through half a pot so far but already I love how it deals with my aches and pains and now I feel there is hope for the strained ligament across my pelvic area which has bothered me for years. I got it to use on my back joints which cause a lot of pain and I really feel the difference already but I am going to need a bigger pot soon. I don't want to run out of this great product which also feels soft on the skin. My husband uses it on his arthritic thumb and knee and says it is better than anything else so far even specific creams for arthritis pain. This is a really worthwhile product and am so glad I found it.

Miracle cream

My Mum has arthritis in her hands, not to mention various other aches and pains ( as she puts it).
