This was recommended to me by someone I trust, and I've been taking it for months with absolutely no ill effects, and I've been feeling great so it may or may not have been beneficial. Really, would you take my word for it if I said it had worked wonders? We're talking about a sample size of one, and an evaluation by someone with absolutely no medical or nutritional qualifications. That said, I continue taking it because I believe it to be beneficial, but I have no proof whatsoever.

So I have been taking Good Health Omega 3 for years specificially for memory sharpness while doing final exams and boy my memory and focus was signifigantly improved. I ran out of these 6 months back and recently read a artical on dementia which scared me. I also know salmon oil is beneficial in reducing Cholesterol and this was another factor recently to buy 400 capsules. However what I wasnt expecting was something benefical which I had not relaised salmon oil assist with. I had been hobblying around with a left inflammed foot for about 6 months and after taken these for around 5 or 6 days after purchase, I realised that getting out of bed in the mornings and limping around for a hour in agony is now a thing of the past. Top quality. From actual fish oil. No funny aftertaste. Easy to swollow!
I am glad to see that FTN finally put up the actual amount of DHA and EPA in this supplement, since when I bought it not seeing any number other than 1000mg, I thought that that must be the total amount of DHA and EPA, which it really isn't. I wanted to buy it as a replacement for my Real Thing Mega Omega Supreme and was unfortunately disappointed, since this supplement doesn't even come close in strength.
These are the only fish oils I can have that don't repeat on me. A lot of fish oils (from other brands) have orange or other flavours added and they repeat on me throughout the day.
We have found this product excellent for our senior dog. He is much more mobile and not so stiff when he gets up. We have even been able to cut down on his anti-inflammatories. Unfortunately I am unable to tolerate any fish oil products.
A super omega oil. I give this to my little boys and it helps them to concentrate. They happily eat them.
Great product. I have tried other brands but found that this brand worked almost immediately with my brain fog. Will be ordering again!
