I LOVE this product! Has been a life saver for my sleep and mental health. I can now get to sleep and mostly stay asleep (or if I am awakened by the dog during the night, can quickly get back to sleep after) and wake feeling refreshed. It has also helped with my PTSD/anxiety/depression and I am now off my medications.

The drink is nice with a strong lemon taste, I'd suggest taking it with food. Does cause a little bit of sleepiness. But overall a great product for stress and mood control

I bought this for my kids at exam time last year on recommendation from a friend. They both found it useful. I tried some when I was feeling anxious and was impressed how quickly and effectively it works! It's always at hand in our home now. Light refreshing taste that is quite pleasant (I often can't handle artificial sweetener aftertaste but this is ok!).
My partner and I take this almost every day, a tasty easy way to get magnesium and it seems to manage stress during the day with the L theanine, sometimes I take 2 if very anxious, it’s always in our supplements drawer I make sure to never run out
These have been amazing, recommended to me by a friend, now all my colleagues at work are using them too.
I like the idea of this dissolvable fast absorbing tablet but the taste is too strong for my palate (even if I use 1L of water and not just the 200ml suggested). As the taste has put me off it I'm not taking it often enough to say if it works.
Work really well in acutely stressful situations where you need a bit of help to balance you out. Highly recommend.
