The lenses in these glasses is not good. Not only do they scratch very easily but something about the polarization is off. After only 30 min of wear it gave me a headache. I exchanged them with another pair and had the same issue. Maybe it's just me, but polarized glasses from a higher end brand doesn't have that same effect. For mid $20 glasses, Foster Grants are a much better choice.

Beautiful and very fair price. Was happy for about 3-4 months. Survived many trail runs, including 30+ hrs on my head/pocket for a 100-mile run. On a 100F hot day yesterday, I lightly touched the glasses and they snapped while on my head. Disappointed but $25-$30 it's worth buying more pairs for adventures. I've had pricey Ray Bans break after a simple drop so rather give my money to Goodr. Aside from the break, the Goodr's were mostly durable; they survived drops and crushes in my pack.

I bought 2 pairs when i saw the decent quality and low price. I am always losing breaking or scratching them! Usually go with any model of the Native brand that REI puts on sale! I am a runner and like light weight glasses with excellent contrast in the less darker shades for trail running. My only comment is the lack of protection that thicker frames provide to the lenses. That facilitated the quick end to my first pair when they fell on the ground!$25 is the perfect throwaway price and I hope it stays at that number! Just ordered the mick n keith as replacement!Rossmon

Purchased these glasses and they look awesome. I've been using a padded glasses pouch for them and they have scratched really badly and the glasses are blurry. All my other glasses have lived in this pouch with no issues. I contacted Goodr at the 30 day mark through the website asking to return them "ORDER #37092 if anyone is interested, and have heard nothing. The three stars are because these are some of the most comfortable glasses I've had, just can't see through them. One month of use is poor quality.
I bought two pairs of goodr sunglasses--one for myself and one for my son. The price is fantastic for the quality. They block the sun beautifully and are very soothing on the eyes. My favorite part of my goodrs is how comfortable they are to wear. The bridge over the nose fits so comfortably you would barely know you are wearing anything. I recently went on a long car ride where I wore my traditional RayBan aviator sunglasses on the way out and switched to my goodr glasses for the 16-hour drive home. The goodrs were far superior for comfort. They are also great for running or any kind of sports.
Contrary to the enclosed instructions, I do just throw these in the side pocket of my backpack (and occasionally into a fire tornado) and my year old purple pair look like new. My head is small but they don't fall off. The material just feels nice - a little soft but not too bendy. I'm so happy to find a brand that's good quality, not expensive, and comes in lots of fun colors. I hope I can always find them.
Very pleased with Goodr customer service who replaced the glasses after the side broke when my daughter jumped onto me in the pool. I used to be loyal to Sunski until a friend turned me on to this brand. Lightweight, comfy, polarized, and affordable. Pay attention to the frame size/width if you are looking at other models. These are small and fit the average head but other styles come wider which sets the ear hooks further back too.
Let's not mince words. They are cheap sunglasses. As such, they are nice until they wear out, which will start to happen quickly and finish after about a season. This is my second time buying these sunglasses. The first ones I used for running and an occasional change of pace when coaching youth baseball. This is to say, I did not wear them very hard or daily. The mirror coating began showing wear quickly and the glasses became unwearable shortly after. I got them in the beginning of summer and by the end of summer the lenses had enough wear that it impacted my vision. For reference, I stored them in the bag when not wearing and only used the bag for cleaning. The inner reflection of my cheek was annoying as well but I learned to look past it.I would say buy them ... MoreLet's not mince words. They are cheap sunglasses. They are nice sunglasses but wear out quickly. Ultimately, you get what you pay for but you do feel like you beat the system until they wear out, which happens quickly.
I've bought a bunch of different sunglasses since finally switching from prescription eyeglasses to contacts last year. Everything from cheapo no-name box store/gas station pairs to nicer Ray-Bans and Maui Jims and plenty in between like Smith and Sunski.Honestly, these simple Goodrs are my favorite for daily use. They fit my face the best, they are lightweight and comfortable for all-day wear, and the lens quality is "good enough," with no noticeable optical distortions and ample protection from UV and polarized light. The lens is large enough and offers a very slight wrap so that your eyes are pretty well protected from peripheral light, although obviously a wraparound or shield style would be more protective.I think they fit so well because of the type of ... The lens is large enough and offers a very slight wrap so that your eyes are pretty well protected from peripheral light, although obviously a wraparound or shield style would be more protective.I think they fit so well because of the type of plastic used for the frame. It is a light, flexible, soft-feeling plastic with a matte, almost velvety texture which allows the frames to bend slightly to fit your face without creating pressure points, and sit on your nose without slipping or sliding. My only complaint is the lack of an antireflective coating (not that you would expect one at this price point), which means you can get a little bit of glare/reflection from the inside of the lens at certain angles, especially with the mirrored lens versions. Wearing a hat helps reduce glare dramatically, as well as protecting from any unwanted peripheral light.Aesthetically, you also have a lot of options available to you, from the candy-colored frames and mirrored lenses to the more conservative black, grey, or tortoiseshell colorways. The neutral colorways are my preference for everyday use but I also have some of the fun, brighter colors to wear for a giggle. It's easy to justify buying a fun color on a whim because they're so inexpensive. I think I've got six or seven pairs of these OGs in different colors by now.Overall these sunnies are really unbeatable for the price. I find that I reach for my Goodrs a lot more often than I reach for my Ray-Bans or Maui Jims.
i've bought five or six goodr sunglasses over the years, and they're alright. they're nice to have on hand, like for when i've gotta leave the house and just need to grab a pair of shades that i won't care too much about losing or damaging... but they're not very good at being sunglasses.the optical quality is pretty poor. every set i've bought exhibits really obnoxious distortion, making things nearby you look further away and fishbowl-ey. and all the sets that i've bought featuring rubberized temples or bridges, they must use super low quality rubber, because they've all deteriorated into that gunky sticky goop.overall, for $25, they're certainly a step up from the sort of junk you might find on a rack at your local gas station or drugstore, but don't expect ...
