Great price. I bought this for sushi after seeing one of the Sushi Chefs use it. It works great and has a good flavor. When using for sushi make sure you rinse the rice well. For sushi, I just put mine in my rice maker, add cold water, gently swish around and drain the water off. I do this about 3 times until the water is looking more clear. It's also great for recipes like Spanish rice, gumbo, or anything you'd normally use medium grain rise in.

I honestly love cooking this rice. Its very high quality and very easy to make. I prefer it over instant rice or boil in a bag. Honestly I couldn't improve the product because we add the spices our self. I'm very satisfied with this rice I've been cooking it for years. Definitely recommend buying it
All the last old rice that was available was shipped to me on my last purchase. I love this rice, but it was disgusting old. I bought 10 packs, which I had to throw away. Never again I buy rice from Target.
The bag is rather small for wholesale.
Found a few very small pebbles on both the fist and third serving so ended up tossing the remaining bag away. Didn’t want to chip a tooth.
This rice is soooooo good. Melts in your mouth with the beans or even alone. Typically Cubans use long grain but absolutely live the medium grain now all the time.
Pros:-great taste-easy to work with-comes in a larger portion (5lb vs. 3lb) and a cheaper rate compared to other stores in my areaCons:-this brand of white rice is about %20 more expensive compared to others at target
