This makes such a difference in managing pizza in the oven. My previous experience was with the Roccbox placement peel, and pulling the pizza out of the oven to turn it. The turning peel in the larger S1 let’s me turn and adjust the pizza’s distance from the flame, giving a more consistent crust.

Excellent quality and well worth the price tag. Strong enough to lift and drag heavy cast iron pans with full dish in them too. Quality material that is also easy to clean

A great piece of kit! As usual, Gozney has produced a well designed, well made piece of equipment that will be perfect with my Arc XL. Worth the extra £ but, like everything, you pays your money…Highly recommend this if you’re seriously into making pizza 🍕 10/10
