First let me say I’m not big on reviews and I am not being compensated in any way for this review, but aside from the machine being great at half the price of those other guys, the customer service, meaning United Outlets is unparalleled. They not only addressed my issues immediately but kept in constant contact with me to make sure I was satisfied, when do you ever hear of a company doing that? I wish more companies dealt with issues like gr8flex and United Outlets. So I had a minor issue with shipping, the sled had a minor indentation in the foam from shipping that never completely fixed itself and some minor areas of rust that actually wiped away, minor quality control issues that should not deter anyone from this product. It’s so versatile and works muscles I never could before. As a construction worker, I’m pretty hard on this thing and no issues with build quality. The only problem I have now is the contemplating of canceling my gym membership.

The manual is not really great either, no details of how to installing the pulley system nor how to install attachments in details.One hole on the vertical column has been over bored, the hole is bigger than the rest and left with sharp edge that I had to file and made it smooth.One safety pin on left hand side connecting at pulley attachment. I am located in Australia and my Gr8Flex arrived in about 10 days which is excellent.There is a bit of a learning curve when it comes to unfolding and folding the Gr8flex, but I will get use to that. There are two yellow knobs on the machine - I think it would be easier to understand which is which, if each knob was a different color.The machine works well with so many attachments and so many different exercises that can be done. The life time warranty provides peace of mind. A very good home gym :)

GR8 flex has been amazing.. my husband uses this every day, I use it about three times a week. We were a little skeptical when we first got it wondering if it would last. It is very heavy duty. I like that it is guaranteed for life. I will say that the 4 resistance bands that come with it don’t last more than about six months. Maybe that’s because we use it so much. But this company has EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE… they have always provided replacement bands for us when we have ruptured ones without any questions asked. This company stands behind their product. I wish they would come up with a better design for their band. Hopefully they will, but I would absolutely without hesitation recommend this equipment. There are so many exercises you can do, it’s unreal…

Extremely impressed with my GR8FLEX gym. Ordered from the UK. It arrived within a week. It was very well packaged, with all components secured and carefully wrapped individually. It arrived in immaculate condition and I found unpacking everything a very straight forward process. It arrives already assembled. This in itself is a huge bonus.It's a good looking piece of equipment, and Incredibly well designed.In terms of just it's physical appearance, I feel it's much more aesthetic than other brand variants that I considered. This is important to me, as I have it in my living space and not out of sight in a garage, etc.Gr8FLEX allows me to workout and isolate all of my muscle groups effectively. I find it easy to raise and lower the height of the glide board, and to quickly go from one exercise to another. I've used other much cheaper versions of glide board gyms over the years. But in my experience, they in no way compare to the smooth, frictionless glide and freedom of movement that I'm getting with the GR8FLEX.I'm 6-2 and have often found other glide board systems way too short to be usable for my height. This model is perfect for me, and allows me to get full range of movement comfortably. The glide board is wide, well cushioned, and very comfortable to position yourself on.As a 50 year old bloke, who's primarily worked out with weights for over 3 decades, changing over to this system has renewed my enjoyment and enthusiasm in maintaining my workouts. I'm now looking forward to working out each day. In just over a week of daily use, I'm already experiencing just how effective this gym system is. Wish I'd made this decision a whole lot sooner.Whilst it has taken me a few days to get used to folding/unfolding the GR8FLEX and setting it up. I have found a strategy that now allows me to do this fairly rapidly, and without issue. It is a pretty heavy piece of equipment to move around. However, the small base wheels help enormously. You just have to become familiar with how and where to hold the GR8FLEX, to make moving it around much more straight forward.The attachments are excellent. They allow a whole range of alternative exercises. Again, after a few days of using them, I can now very quickly attach and detach as required. I'm especially loving the oversized squat board/footplate, and the EZ bar.I also have to commend GR8FLEX on their efficiency and service in customer care.I had a very minor issue with a small split in the rubber cover on one of the handle grips.GR8FLEX were immediately responsive and dispatched a replacement to me straight away.For me, I think this gym is exceptionally well priced for the quality of the equipment, what you can do with it, and the confidence I have in using it. We turned it upside down and put a piece of a 2x4 across the bottom of the sliding carriage and bashed on it with a hammer. After a few good hits, the carriage came unstuck. It seems like it got jammed down too far at some point during shipping.I've definitely been recommending this to friends. When I compare the features and price to the total gym, there's no comparison. I see that now Total Gym is offering a model with a similar price. It's missing some of the accessories (like a bar) and it only has 10 levels of resistance. The problem with having fewer levels is that as you want to move to more difficult levels, you have a much bigger jump in difficulty so it's hard to increase a little at a time. GR8FLEX 15 levels is much better.

After checking prices and doing fairly extensive research on this and the Total Gym, I was pretty sure I needed a Gr8flex. Out of the box, the only issue I had was changing the incline. I had a towel and a small pry bar that released the jam. I’m quite pleased with the purchase, have used it daily since its arrival, and am a fan. Customer service is very responsive- have emailed twice. It comes with ALL the attachments. I start on the lower level and raise the incline as I progress through sets. There is no image showing how to connect the leg harness. The exercises shown in the manual, the last three under abs are all labeled as single leg something… when they aren’t. There was a bit of rust or dirt on the tower part, but it wiped away easily. The plastic protecting the seat is a pain to remove. Max resistance is 47.5% of body weight plus 50 pounds ( though I am not currently at risk of topping out, AND you can fix one hand, for example, and curl with the other, or wear a weighted vest. A YouTuber also shows adding a separate large resistance band around the squat stand and around the top of the slide board, but I’m pretty sure he’s stronger than I am.)None of the cons should be a warning against purchasing this device. There are multiple videos on YouTube, some for the Gr8flex, which are more helpful than the manual, in my opinion, and some other videos from Total Gym. They are a great resource for additional exercises. The built in resistance bands are awesome. Overall, very well-built product, and I would buy it again. Buyers remorse for this purchase was that I didn’t get it sooner.I’m moving toward getting back in shape as one of my priorities this year, and this is just what I needed.
