I noticed that the youth sizes are exactly like the Gramicci shorts I have. Sadly & since mine are all worn out, I can not replace. The material on this new design will last a long time , but the long belt which is made of a different material tends t fray or break. These used to be THE BEST shorts.

I got this in the size small and I am a 31" waist. They fit really well, but since they don't have a fly they are a little extra effort to get on. All in all, really comfortable, good looking and very durable material. Very happy with them!

These shorts have a solid construction. I'm 6"3 and I find them slightly longer that I was expecting. The waistband is great and will allow me to put on or lose a few pounds without any issues, and the shape of the gusset makes these very comfortable for the warmer weather.

I have bought these shorts for years and never had a problem with them when they were made in USA or India, however, the new ones are made in China and now the shorts have a confusing label that states both the Asia size and a different smaller US or Europe size. Two different vendors including Moosejaw sent me the wrong size, that is, the smaller Asian size when I ordered the USA size. When we order from USA there is an expectation that we are choosing USA sizes and are purchasing with US currency!\\
Unfortunately it wasn't what i expected. That's my fault. I thought I had ordered the shorts with the zipper in the fly. It wasn't. The shorts are of excellent quality but don't meet my needs. It's not from any fault of your company.
Huge fan of the G-Pants so was keen to get these. They are a bit pricey but hoped they would as wearable as the trousers. Really good quality material, similar if not the same as the G-Pant.Main issue I have with these is a bit fo a design flaw as there is no button. That means you have to slip the shorts over your hips, not the end of the world but I found it really tight to do. I had to go a size up from the trousers oddly so that didn't help. Going to the toilet is a faff too as with no button you have to pull down the shorts.Hoped for much better with these shorts, the quality is good but the functionality is poor.Won't be buying again. Will stick to the long trousers.
Great pair of shorts. Would definitely recommend buying as many of the colours as possible as they’re so versatile for spring and summer. Super comfortable and they sit nicely on the ass…
Hard to find. The old ones had patches and stitched areas. They wear like iron. Got them for my birthday years ago and the joke is "do you want some gramici pant for your birthday?" The fit is great and they clean up in any situation from wahers to toilets to sinks to mountain streams. To hell with the tuxedo bury me in my gramici shorts.
Vintage style relaxed fit with great feeling material. Not too light but not too heavy for warmer weather as well. The waist-band makes it easier to fit into different sizes. I sized up from my true to size sizing based on the fit chart and they fit well.
really comfy and easy to wear shorts. i really love the deep pockets and the belt- makes it really easy to adjust.tmi but i sweat a ton so im always worried about sweating through shorts (esp since these are cotton) but had no issues with these!re: sizing, i based it off the size charts on the gramicci site. i usually wear M or 30W in other brands, but found S fit me well.
