Grand Theft Auto IV PC - Digital Download

This is the European version of the game and not the US version. Grand Theft Auto 4 is a fun game but not as good as Grand Theft Auto V or the prior 3D games in the series. Liberty City is really detailed and like other GTA games there are side games such as bowling. The missions can drag on for too long making some of them difficult to complete and the missions where you have to chase people on motorcycles are also difficult. Another unique feature of the game is some decision making such as getting to chose which character you will let live. If you like other Grand Theft Auto games and don't own this game yet, it's worth getting.

This game is absolutely fantastic. Excellent missions and quests, Full of humour from the characters in game, Features mini games that you can play. These include: Darts, 8 Ball pool and Ten Pin Bowling. You can get virtually drunk when visiting the city bars. You gain a girlfriend in game to take out for a game or go to a show or eatery. Lots of blowing up stuff, car chasing and outright chaos in game.Great Buzz. Would recomend.

This game brings a lot of fun. In GTA 4 you can do many things: do main missions; do side missions or works; play mini-games and many more. If you just want to spend some time in Liberty City you can: walk around; drive around (with your car or public transport); interact with people; watch sunsets and so on. I've played this game for literally more than 30 hours and I still have a lot of things going on and I'm not bored at all.

Hot dog vendors shout out double entendre spiel. The porcine policemen strut around, asking their buddies to buy them doughnuts. In other words, as a character you are just one among millions making their way in the violent, hedonistic world of Liberty. This attention to detail is emblematic of the whole game environment: just walking through Liberty as main character Niko Bellic you have the eerie impression that the game is living and breathing without knowledge of your existence either as a character or as a gamer. The already cliched take on the game, that Liberty City is the true star of the revamped GTA, is true insofar as you.

However, some missions can be repetitive and the driving system may challenge some players. Nevertheless, GTA 5 remains an icon in the open-world genre, revolutionizing action and storytelling in an extraordinarily detailed environment.

a really enjoyable and well made game. Grand Theft Auto IV is set in Liberty City (New york city USA) where you play as Niko Bellic who moves to liberty city to eascape his past and to build a new life; living the american dream; with the house of your cousin, Roman. however as the game progressive's niko soon finds himself in the crimal underworld and the american dream becomes just that, a dream. other all i really enjoyed playing throught the story, the optional side missions and generally causing chaos in the streets.

On several occasions as you play through his story, you'll be presented with decisions that afford you the option of doing what you think is right rather than blindly following instructions. You don't necessarily have to kill a target if he or she promises to disappear, but you have to weigh the risk of your employer finding out against the possibility that the person whose life you spare might prove useful later in the game, or even have work for you in the form of bonus missions. To say anything more specific on this subject would be to risk spoiling one of GTAIV's most interesting new features, but suffice it to say that every decision you make has consequences, and you'll likely want to play through the game at least twice to see how the alternatives unfold. Grand Theft Auto IV's story mode can be beaten in less than 30 hours, and there are so many optional activities and side missions totake part in along the way that you can comfortably double that number if you're in no hurry. The majority of the story missions task you with making deliveries and/or killing people, and play out in much the same way as those in previous games. With that said, most of the missions are a lot easier this time around, partly because Niko is a more agile and efficient killer than any of his predecessors, and partly because the LCPD seemingly has better things to do than hunt down an illegal immigrant who's gunning down undesirables all over the city. Some of the more imaginative missions sprinkled throughout the story include a kidnapping, a bank heist, and a job interview. The cinematic cutscenes associated with story missions are superbly presented and are the sequences in which the game's characters really shine. Without exception, the characters you encounter benefit from great animation, great voice work, and superbly expressive faces. They're not always so impressive when they join you on a mission and refuse to do what they're supposed to (for example, not following you on an escort mission, or failing to negotiate a doorway). Nevertheless, these problems are few and far between, and they're made less painful by the new "replay mission" option that you're presented with whenever you fail. If you're wondering about differences between the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions of Grand Theft Auto IV, the truth is that there aren't many. The PS3 version can only be played after a mandatory install that takes around 10 minutes, and its load times are a little shorter and less frequent as a result. The visuals, which don't always hold up to close scrutiny but are impressive during typical gameplay, In case you haven't guessed already, Grand Theft Auto IV is a game that you simply have to play. The single-player game, which you can still play long after you complete the story, is the series' best by far, and the multiplayer features are good enough that you'll likely have no problem finding people to play with for many months to come. The minor flaws that you'll experience are no more difficult to overlook than those in previous GTA games, and they're greatly outnumbered by the features that will impress and surprise you anytime you think you've already seen everything that the game has to offer. There's lots to see in Liberty City, so you'd best get started.

Everything is there. I love it it works. It was pretty scratched when I got it but I have a buffing machine. I buffed it twice and there is not a single scratch. It plays amazingly without skips. Thank you!

GTA IV

I ordered GTA IV for PS3 off the website. Everything was included when delivered (case, manual, map, & game disc). The disc was clean with no scratches on it. The only thing I got that I wasn’t expecting was it was the greatest hits edition of the game which wasn’t explicitly stated on the website. I’m not a collector so it’s no big deal for me but it might be to someone looking for a specific edition of a game.
