As phone it works pretty well so far. Hardware design is quite poor for using it as a desk phone. In "nearly vertical" position it is not stable an flips over very easily. In "near horizontal" position LAN cable and possibly power cable (if you do not use POE) is on the way and it basically stays on cables - using provided LAN cable makes it even worse. So either way works pretty bad.
