I bought this brand because it was recommended by a high-end manufacturer of outdoor clothing to wash outerwear in a way that still allows DWR finish to be applied (apparently some soaps can leave residue that prevents DWR from binding to the clothing). It's hard to tell how much better it works than regular laundry soap but since I only wash my jackets 1-2 a year I don't mind paying extra for a specialized detergent.

I use this for all my hardshell winter and summer gear and it clearly washes them better than standard athletic detergents. Definitely will be my go to tech wash from here on in.

I used this gentle performance wash with my new Rumpl shammy towels and they stayed just as soft and water-absorbing as when they were brand new. And, you donβt need as much as other brands, so this bottle will last a long time.

Product worked as advertised, I was happy with the result. What I found annoying was the packaging. The lid is used as a measuring device to get the right amount of product, but even letting the cap drip for a few minutes, product stays in the cap and then drips down the side of the bottle when lid is put back on the bottle. Other liquid manufacturers are figured this out, disappointing that Granger hasn't yet

They were very helpful and also adviced her on how to set the clothes washer and dryer.The product comes with instructions on how much to use.
This wash is the best for ski/water resistant clothing. It helps remove dirt as well as any other chemicals. I previously tried using regular detergent which caused actual bubbles to form on our ski clothes when they got wet. This has removed all of that, and was perfect before the re-waterproofing stage (also offered by Grangers).
Does exactly as described. Really like the concentrated formula, does a good job cleaning gear without adding weird fragrances to it. Will continue to purchase.
My wife and I have used Grangers cleaners for years and have been really impressed. We really appreciate this one being so concentrated, however it didn't quite seem to clean as well as the ultra non-concentrated version using the recommended dose. After washing there was still some normal dirt on the pant legs. While we still like the cleaner, we may need to use a little stronger dose then specified next load.
Tried my washed jackets out in the rain the other day and there's a definite improvement in repellency. Prior to washing water wasn't really beading on the material anymore. Post washing (once) the majority of areas were beading, but some moisture was still bleeding through into the jacket material. I probably should have started using this product a long time ago though and stuck with using it a couple times per year.I'd imagine if I give it a couple extra washes with it this year it will be keeping me dry for full days out in the rain.
We've been using Nikwax Tech Wash for several years but decided to give this one a try instead. I can say it works fantastic on motorcycle textile gear. We use it on our jackets and pants. No fading in the colours. Neutral smelling. Good value in the 1L bottle size. Definitely recommended.
