My kitty is indifferent towards this product! I think it’s partially due to the flavor, partially due to her dental issues. She seems to like crunching on it, but never eats all of the ones I put out for her, unlike her other treats. The packing is great and keeps it fresh as it’s resealable. She can bite the bag without puncturing it. The mega size is definitely a better value than the smaller size. Overall, I think it’s a good bang for your buck, but it depends on your kitty!

He has to take 14 full breaths while wearing the mask piece before he's released from his light hold spot on our kitchen counter. At first he was very resistant (as you can imagine...), but we quickly learned that the best way to make this as easy and less traumatic as possible (he's had traumatic vet visits and is very fearful of being restrained) is to give him a treat afterwards to reward him for his good behaviour and cooperation. As a result, every night around 9pm he has his cute little routine of meowing and rolling around next to the cabinet where we keep the treats. He knows the routine and he's looking forward to his treat! 😊 However, if you've had multiple cats at once you'll know what that means lol The other 3 cats are also in the kitchen waiting for a treat! There's no way to avoid breaking their hearts if we were to only give him a treat and not the others... so they each get one (or 2 if my husband is doing it) after the inhaler has been done. Obviously, 4+ treats per day means that the bags are too expensive and get emptied quickly. So we've been buying the 9.75 oz value size tubs from Amazon which is cheaper overall, more convenient and less wasteful, but the treats still kind of dry out over time because the seal of the top isn't... well, sealed. That's why I removed a star. I like that they're not too moist or slimy (they don't rot or get sticky), they're small (but not too small either, can be used with teenage kittens), and they don't smell horrible (I still wash my hands afterwards because it's not a pleasant smell to constantly have on your hands). The catnip flavour is a favourite, but the salmon one is a good one too. Chicken wasn't well liked. However, I wish that the label was removable instead of printed on. They're great sized containers that I'd like to reuse, but I haven't found any way to remove the label. It would be a plus in my opinion of the company as it would show a bit more that they care about the environment and encourage reusing their packaging. The small size of the bags are wasteful in my opinion since they go straight to the trash once empty. Last note: I just noticed that they recommend 8 treats twice a day for a 10 lbs cat. That's ridiculous. They're marketed as dental treats, but I don't think they're big enough to do any cleaning. At that rate their nutritional intake is going to be highly negatively impacted while maybe getting a slight gum/teeth stimulation. I don't recommend that, especially if you already feed your cat dry food. Also, one of my cats swallows it whole 98% of the time, so it's not necessarily good for all cats. I suggest buying a small pouch to try it out first.

Cats love them, Tub lid is TERRIBLE

These were spilled all over the box when it arrived. The lid is SUPER flimsy. I'm guessing the 16lb bag of cat food also in the box squished the tub at some point as the brittle plastic wrap on the lid was busted, allowing the lid to pop off. Thankfully, the cats loved them and happily helped me clean up the giant mess in the box. Both tub and lid are still in perfect condition, but the lid refuses to stay on even just gently picking up the tub, and I'm getting tired of having to pick up these treats that keep inevitably spilling everywhere when the lid pops off again. I'm sure it would be fine as long as you have somewhere to store this tub that doesn't require moving it to get to it that's also safe from cats knocking it over... I do not unfortunately.

I fainted @ beloved vet’s “exit” cashier’s mention that Doc recommended a feline teeth cleaning @ appx $700 USD, anesthiology included. My spoiled rescue, Quis Quis, just turned 4 yrs. She was only held hostage, haha, for annual check-up & vaxs. Yes, we live in LA, where every pet owner (seems like) has had a little work done on themselves & also on their furry friends. I can’t recall in my short life, haha, when cat cleaning at Quis Quis’ tender age has ever been a thing. Quis, like her mama, is quite the princess & foodie. Wasn’t sure she’d shoot me her contemptuous sneer, reject treats as lacking depth of flavor. Quis loves them. I ration (2) crunchy nuggets daily. Package claims, “Freshens breath, Cleans teeth.”

Salmon flavor of 4.6oz bag marked expiring over a year from today -- MOLDY!

My cats really enjoy the Greenies treats normally. I noticed cat vomit several times just after beginning to give the salmon treats from my last order. I would guess the bag was still 90% full because it was recent purchase and had used very little for my 4 cats - Thank goodness! I dumped the bag out into a clear bowl, or tried to dump it, because part of the bottom half of the bag "stuck". I could see clumps of moldy treats now at the top of the pile dumped into the bowl. Looking inside the bag, I could see the rest of the treats clumped into the bottom covered with mold. I generally don't "check and sniff" cat treats before feeding them because they smell less than pleasant anytime to me. What has Greenies done to their cat dental treats???!!!My cat loved her Greenies Dental Treats: salmon, chicken, catnip flavours. I just had to open a new pouch from my recent Chewy order and Jenny flat out refused to have even one bite. This was the salmon. I tried the chicken flavour and the same response. Turned up her nose. I went to the local store and picked up another pouch. Still the same response. I found a handful of treats from the old bag. And what happened? Jenny gobbled them up! I can only conclude that the manufacturer has changed how they are making the product. What was a great thing is now a product of disdain.

shipping problem - broken 16oz plastic Temptations container

Several items were shipped in a large cardboard box, and the items were neatly packed. There was nothing that was really heavy. A 16 oz plastic container of Temptations treats was smashed. The small treats fell to the bottom of the cardboard box. I would guess that the cardboard box was dropped. I suspect that the shipping company was at fault.The greenies were another item in the purchases. My cats love them and I would rate them 4 star. Dock 1 star because the ingredients should be better.
