I had the 10" skillet before that came in a set with the 6 or 7" skillet. I LOVED them both. The 10" got scraped up and I didn't need another set of 2 as I still have the smaller skillet in very good condition, so I ordered this 12". I LOVE the bigger size. So easy to cook with and clean. BEST non-stick pans I ever used.

This pan will blow your mind! No joke! I have bought and threw away more of so called non stick pans then I care to admit because it just means I waisted a lot of money. But not this time!! This pan is fantastic and anything from eggs, grilled cheese or quesadillas nothing sticks. I love mine and highly recommend you consider it.

I have only used the seven inch pan so far.I like the non stick nd easy to clean property of the pan, and the insulated easy to use handle.This is the second set I have purchased. I notice a tiny flaw on the flat inside surface of the 7 inch pan. It looks like a tiny hard foreign substance was trapped in the ceramic powder used to form the hard coating. The flaw does not affect the non stick property of the pan because of its tiny size, and I do not believe it will grow in size. I was surprised to see it, however, and wish it were not there. I have recommended the two pan set to a friend.

What a fantastic little frying pan! I immediately fell in love with the way it looks! The white ceramic interior & stylish design of the handle really add a modern touch to my kitchen. And when they say it's non-stick, they sure got that right! Everything I cook from eggs to grilled cheese slides perfectly from pan to plate! And I'm amazed at how much less oil & butter I'm having to use to cook! And cleanup is such a breeze! Just wipe it out or throw it in the dishwasher and it comes out looking like new! I use this pan at least twice a day & have yet to notice the first scratch anywhere. I love how evenly this pan cooks too! They had a rust colored bottom.Full disclosure: this is the only ceramic surface I've ever cooked on, so I don't know if this review is really for the ceramic or really is a problem with just these pans...Better than Teflon, but not really healthier:We were trying to cut out butter, however the only way I can keep food (usually eggs with cheese in them) from sticking is by adding a touch of butter. I never use abrasive rags or sponges, we use normal liquid soap on them and NEVER put them in the dishwasher. The edges have chipped terribly where other pans have touched it. I would have spent more for something that really does work. We use it about 3-4 times a week. Overall it looks good, but it is definitely NOT non-stick when it comes to cooking. Again, the clean-up isn't bad, but it does require soaking or a firm plastic scraper to get off the food. I agree most with the other reviewers here that are critical. I haven't seen the handles burn, but they do get hot if left hanging over a burner, but that's the case for anything. For what it's worth I haven't had to tighten the handles, the pans (12" and 8" - i think) feel secure and have NOT warped, which is super important and one main reason I still use them. I just wish they weren't saying this is some kind of miraculous non-stick surface for more than a dozen uses.
I just got these the other week and I've just used each a couple of times, but it seems to be great. Washes very easily by hand or in the dishwasher. They seem to heat up pretty quickly, which I think is the way ceramic cookware goes, so it's important to watch what you're cooking. I had purchased these with the intention to use it in the oven, but after digging further, these are only oven safe up to 350°F, so only suitable for some recipes.Regardless, these are great looking pans. The handles are very sturdy. I got the red ones to match other things in my kitchen. They arrived as pictured. Hope they hold up!
I previously reviewed the larger of the two pans, but we purchased the set. After the first few uses, they proved themselves useless for cooking omelets, which was our main reason for purchasing. Everything else reported about the pans, by the manufacturer, appears to be true. We've owned these for at least 6 months. The non-stick was great at first, but now it's useless for that purpose. Beyond expectations! My new GO TO pan is perfect for it's go to function. This saucepan is surprisingly light enough to pick up and toss vegetables. The longevity of the non stick remains to be seen. But with religious adherence to the use of bamboo spatulas, the non stick coat should remain functional for a very long time. Also, this pan checks out on environmental soundness. And primarily, its beautiful!
When I came across this I just knew it would be great, the quality looked great! The yellow color sealed the deal for me and I Love it!I’m a southern cook and love to cook so I was very excited about this pan. I’ve made many things with this great quality pan and some of those I didn’t even need to put oil in it, nothing has stuck to it! The ease of cleaning it is just as amazing, very simple and no scrubbing! Love it!This is now my absolute favorite pan and I’m excited to buy more of this cookware! So naturally I absolutely recommend it! It would make a great gift for the holidays or a wedding shower, any occasion. It really is the best!

I've used it when cooking cheeseburgers, hot dogs, steak, and sauteing vegetables. I was amazed that melted cheese did not stick to the pan and I could easily wipe it clean with just a paper towel. Also, it was recommended to use this frying pan on low to medium heat because the pan heats up super fast. I can attest to that statement as it was ready to use quickly. Even though it is dishwasher safe, it's recommended to be hand-washed for a longer life. The food doesn't stick so honestly all you need is a quick rinse in the sink water.
