This is an exceptional pan. It is extremely well balances, and the non-stick surfacing means you need no or very little oil to prevent sticking. It cooks evenly. Also, it cleans up very well with a wipe and minimal washing. It is very well weighted in one hand. But I must say the vast amount of packaging the pan came with is not really in keeping with the the eco friendly marketing

This particular GreenPan non-stick lining is the best I've ever found. I've had one of my pans for five years used constantly and it's almost as good as new.

Purchased to replace a Prestige pan which is no longer available. It was more than I usually pay so am hoping it will give good service. OK so far, good non-stick properties and solid but not too heavy.

Great pan and non stick is excellent so far after a couple of weeks. Used mist days. Be aware that the base is a little domed. It's not entirely flat as per many frying pans.
This is a really good size pan. It's a pleasure to use because the non stick capacity is so good. However, it does require a higher heat than normal to get working effectively. It feels like the food takes longer to cook than my normal pans so it means starting earlier rather than later. It's a good weight as well

After reading some reviews, I was worried about some people mentioning failure of the nonstick coat, but decided to try them anyway, since the brand is so well-rated all around. Best decision ever! It’s been almost a month and I’m head over heels about my pans! I use every them every single day and so far they are as good as new! I do have to say that I started using a bit more oil than I usually do, but now I am confident i can use just a little, and if something sticks a bit, a little warm water and rubbing with a gentle sponge will do the trick. Great purchase! Been looking to replace old non stick pans with something that looks good but is also healthier for the family. These are great looking, not too heavy and not too expensive. Very pleased so far.
I liked the fact that there was no fluoride or nasty coatings on the frying pan. It's a good sturdy pan but not too heavy. The non stick is unbelievable, it's so slippery that you hardly need any oil. The test will be how it lasts but only time will tell. I can recommend this pan.
An excellent pan. Great quality, well made, it's a nice weight and has great even heat distribution. I purchased this pan specially as an omelette pan and whilst I'm sure it has many uses, for me it is the perfect choice.
I like what this company does and its ethos, but honestly this is a terrible range. I bought the smallest and largest ones. the small one works adequately well but is prone to leaving carbonisation deposits which are very hard to shift with normal soap and water, and the non-stick level is pretty poor. The large one is an absolute nightmare. It isn't flat but raised slightly in the middle, which means this section gets hotter than the rest and the carbonisation is worse here than elsewhere on the pan. The non-stick feature on this pan is basically non-existent: food sticks to it like glue, no matter how much oil you use (which isn't even healthy).
