This set of blush Green Pans is so cute! I am a sucker for this color and was so excited to get this set. Green Pans are truly amazing if you use them correctly and take care of them. Never heat them past medium heat, and always hand wash and dry them once cooled. They are perfect for eggs, and having two sizes means I can cook for myself or guests. If you are looking for something to cook things at high heat, these are not the pan. Searing steaks, burgers, etc would be better in a totally different pan. Low and slow stuff like sauces, veggies, and the like are perfect for these pans. And of course, eggs. They are non-stick so no need to add oil or butter unless you prefer them. Cleanup is a breeze. I have tested this set of pans for a full year now. I have come to the conclusion that buying a cheaper pan every year nets the same results. I purchased my set from Kohl’s. They arrived in a shipping box in perfect shape. The inner manufacturer’s box was also in great shape, but upon opening I discovered that the lids had shifted inside and caused chipping on the ceramic edges of the pans. I immediately emailed Greenpan with photos and received a quick reply informing me that they only handle complaints when you purchase from their website and that I was to take my complaint to Kohl’s. I was so excited about this set and for the first use it was wonderful. And it was down hill after that.They look used after the first use, with the bottom & sides stained. Nothing will budge the stains either, have tried a concentrated power spray, baking soda, vinegar, slightly abrasive cleaners the company tells you avoid all to no avail and the pans look worse after every use.They also loose their non-stick properties vary quickly. Was great the first couple of uses and now everything sticks to the pan (more noticeable on the skillets versus the pots however I use the skillets more so could be that). And after you have cooked in you no longer non-stick pan it is a mega pain to clean as the company says not to use nylon scrubbers or abrasive cleaners. The handle is easy to grip and remains cool when cooking. Nonstick is always a nice feature. I like that food slides off the pan. The pans are easy to hand wash.We have slightly widespread gas grates on our cooktop and the 8" pan doesn't fit everywhere on our stove without falling over at the handle. This happens with our smaller pots and pans as well. The Padova Light Blue Ceramic Nonstick 8" and 10" Frypan set are wonderful pans! Very good quality and very durable. It is safe to use a metal utensils with them. There's nothing worse than forgetting to use plastic and scratching a pan. But these you do not have to worry about that. They're non-stick, dishwasher and oven safe. One of the features is the hard dash anodized body That distributes your heat evenly when you're cooking. The handles are coated and riveted stainless steel. Very well made. They're also very nice looking pans and compliment your kitchen decor. Mine are holding up wonderfully and I highly recommend them. I do a lot of cooking. I think the quality of these pans are excellent.

I used it with tomato sauce the other day though and you might have to be careful not to let that stain by washing it out immediately after use. Otherwise everything else was cleaned totally well. Even cooking scrambled eggs without oil is not an issue, it just literally slides right off. The pans get very hot (definitely follow instructions that say to only use medium heat!) and can even manage to sear things pretty decently, especially for a nonstick pan. I was even more amazed when I burned something onto the bottom (outside) of the pan by mistake. The burn mark didn't come out after a thorough wash and I was pretty bummed that I had already stained it. Then I read that you can use a magic eraser on it. So I got a magic eraser (soaked with water and squeezed out as usual) and, very lightly to avoid causing any more damage, rubbed it over the stain. I was shocked that even the light touch I used literally erased the stain as if it had never been there. This would be unthinkable with any other coating I've seen. These pans are amazing so far and are very much worth the money. I'm hoping that with good care the coating will last a long time. So, if you're looking for the best nonstick pans money can buy, look no further.
