These are heavy, sturdy, tough and tight. The lids seal in moisture extremely well making for good steaming. Almost none of the moisture leaks so it’s a bit faster than usual.I love that there’s no toxic lining and that the no-stick is really no-stick. They cleanup easily because nothing sticks to them. Just a little soap and water and a rinse and they’re clean. The price is more of an investment than I’m used to but they’re totally worth it. I’m sure that with proper care on my part I’ll be using them for a lot longer than I would with lesser saucepans. I’m thinking of getting rid of my other pots and pans and replacing them with other GreenPans so my set will match.

These pots are so good! Over heating and burned stuff just soaks away. I can sense the difference not having any toxic release into foods, and they work heat fast and cook well. I would like to have a vent in the top - or really my preference is for a pour lip like they have in their smallest pot (which I have and love.)

Bought these pans because I was tired of having to soak cooked rice out of my other 3 qt pan. Rice cooks really well in this pan and no problem cleaning afterward. I have an induction cook top and the first Green Pan I bought was the grill pan. My husband surprised me with the Green Pan wok so I am now a big fan of these pans.

Love Love Love the Green Pan products. We are currently changing all our pampered chef & cephalon to Green Pan. #1 it is a better product; #2 Pamp chef doesn’t horror their warranty. We discover Green Pan because I was looking for a good skillet to fry eggs in without using a lot of oil & these work great! Have not burned anything. We now have 8 pieces & it makes a good gift for that person you never know what to get.
Love how nonstick they are…of course you still need a little butter/oil but things that used to burn in our other pots wipe right off in these! Con….we have had these pots/pans for a couple weeks and 3 of them already have chips in the bottom of them. No we haven’t used metal, set anything inside of them…and we have hand washed each time. I have no idea why the coating is flaking off after so little time but I’m really disappointed!!! I would have given them 5 stars if you would have asked me to rate them in the first week. Now…I have very little hope that they will last to see a year. Major bummer.

You can feel the quality just by holding the handles and touching the actual pans themselves.The size options are great because sometimes I may be making a smaller recipe and will only require the 1.5 quart as opposed to the 3 quart. Lids are also a bonus because you are able to simmer certain meals, cover food when it's done and still sitting out, and it's great for being able to store leftovers.As far as cooking goes, I had no issues. These are my new favorite sauce pans for cooking gravies, sauces and even melting! They are perfect for simmering anything as they are very non stick. The design is sleek and pretty. I was shocked at how well they cleaned up after use, no scrubbing required! The lids are included and fit with a tight seal to keep temperature regulations easier. Love this set ad they perfectly compliment each other size wise.
These are very nice pots, but the lids leave a lot to be desired. While the pots had "stay cool" handles, the glass lids do not. In addition, there is a gap between the glass and the metal edge on the lid, which collects liquids. You can't really reach this are to wash it out and I end up having to use a toothbrush to get it clean. Had I known this, I would not have bought this product.
Absolutely a joy to use. Heats quickly and evenly; food is beautifully prepared; and clean up is under 30 seconds (seriously: nothing sticks and it washes so nicely). I still give it five stars, but my only wish? I expected, after first having a frying pan without a lid, and then getting two lidded pots? That the same heat resistant material used for the pan handle (which you can easily handle without any protection, regardless of the heat) would be used for the handles of the pots. They get hot like most metal: so it’s not a deal breaker or worth marking down, but a wish that the lid handles were as heat resistant as the pan handles. Regardless? Still the best pots and pans I own: and will keep adding more over time.
I'll admit it's partially my fault that I kept these in the sink a bit too long after the first use, but I didn't expect them to rust so fast. The larger saucepan left a rust ring in my sink from the material on the bottom, which is also rust-stained now. The lid for the smaller saucepan has also started to rust in the lettering.Otherwise, the saucepans work as advertised. I followed the included instructions and did not have any issues with food sticking. My food was cooked evenly and the saucepans worked as well as I had hoped they would.They also have a nice weight to them and feel sturdy.As long as you clean them fairly quickly, I believe there shouldn't be an issue with these pans and they will work as advertised.
