I had some problems with the box being squashed and panels inside dented during transport. It took some time but my issues were sorted out to my satisfaction in the end.

The assemble instruction is wrong. It have dint and scratches. It is not 100% waterproof. Rain gets into the front doors sides specially the bottom door. This photo link below is not working. So disappointed.

Doesn't look as nice as the website, very flimsy! Wouldn't trust it to hold up if someone was trying to take your mail. Instructions are terrible!

Faulty product, difficult to assemble
The front arrived pre-assembled but didn't fit the carcas. I had to un-assemble it and re-engineer it. It would have better if I had built a parcel box myself from scratch.The metal was so thin that it was not secure in the slightest.
